I like to report this site as when i started the site I put my id forward and this has happened before I won bounce money and they wipped it of my screen so I stopped playing on the site and that was the Start or this year so I stopped playing on site but then I come back on the site about a month ago and I put 500 on and I got my account up to like 12000 but I was trying to take out the money and they wouldn't let me take it out saying my id has expired but my id wasn't expired when I started the site as i was able to deposit money on the site and to deposit money on any site you have to upload your id first so because I couldn't take the money out because of the site I've ended up leaving the money on my account and they have suspended my account and wiped my money of account i have screenshots of my winnings and they still dont want to give me my money because they knew that I like to play games on there site I tried so many times to take the money out and they just wouldn't let me I have screen shoots of everything on that site because they have ripped me of before just like they have done again and the more I asked them can I talk to a human the ai bot wouldn't let me talk to a human at all so as I said I've carried on msg and they wipped that as well its like they didn't want me to win or take the money which isn't right at all so I'd like to see what I can do just so this doesn't happen to anyone else it's not nice losing all that money and not even been able to take the money out but they would let me deposit my money so how can a site let you deposit if my id has expired but soon as I want to take the money they won't let me because my id has expired its a joke I've lost a lot of money just before Christmas as well id like for someone to help me try and get my money back if possible as I said this has happened before on this site

I have been waiting for my withdrawal to be processed far beyond the timeframe stated in their own policy. My account is fully verified, yet the casino continues to delay my payment with unclear and inconsistent requests.
Support keeps telling me my case is ‘forwarded to another department’, but I have not received any official request in my account or by email. There is no option to upload additional documents, so the delays make no sense.
Withdrawals are advertised as processed within 24 business hours, but this has not been respected in my case. The communication is slow, repetitive, and nothing gets resolved.
At this point, I simply want my withdrawal processed as promised. Players deserve transparency and timely payouts, especially when all verification requirements have been completed. Very disappointing experience

Took my money and didnt credit me asking for proof of payment on the 20th, money was payed in on the 20th but didn't clear till the 21st have proof of payment want my money either credited or refunded and I hope im well treated for the mess around to be fair

I had deposited 500 pounds on 17th Oct which was debited from my account immediately. The money did not get credited to my F7 casino account. I did 2 other transactions on 28th Oct for 500 pounds and 400 pounds respectively which also did not get credited though amount was deducted from my account immediately.
I had been following up with F7 team over msg and submitted my bank statements and also a letter from my bank confirming that the money had been deposited to the vendor account.
It has been a month since the last transaction and more than 3 weeks since the other 2 transactions but i am still waiting for my money.
I have been asked to share the bank statement and the letter numerous times which i did. But no respite till now.
I would request the team to sort this out and refund 1400 pounds (500+500+400) at the earliest. I am tired of sharing documents and feel harassed.
I have shared all documents i had and feeling helpless now with no resolution of my issue.

Requested a withdrawal of £100 on 31st August. Didn't receive was asked to send a bank statement. They replied with a screenshot showing £100 transferred to my account but that was a transfer from my own account!
Appalling service. Still not resolved

How anybody can rate this more than one star it’s beyond my imagination because I’ve asked them to block me many times but they fail to do so. I played for two hours on a roulette game and never once got a bonus number, even though I played approximately half the numbers each spin.
