Fabled Fandoms Avis 

Pre-ordered One Piece Booster Box. Company has not reached out to me to inform me if shipment is delayed. I emailed them but have had noting but radio silence so I cant get an update or ask for a refund. I've had to open a claim through Klarna that will hopefully return my money. Seems like this company no longer exists but still have their site up and are taking orders. Steer well clear from this place

The company is a scam. You'll buy somthing and then over a month later the item won't even be dispatched and you can't communicate with them at all, they don't respond but can take your money. So wouldn't recommend these scam artists unless you like wasting money

They don't ship orders, they don't answer as well. Avoid.

I placed an order on 11th December which has never been dispatched. It's over a month later and I've tried to contact the shop by Facebook messenger, contact form on their website and at their sales email address with absolutely no response whatsoever. They conveniently have no phone number. This store seems happy to continue to take money from people as, infuriatingly, their website has had new products added while I've been trying and failing to speak to someone about my order. Avoid at all costs.

I've been reaching out to them since December 20, 2023, up until now. Yet, they are still taking pre-orders for upcoming products.

No response after months of trying to reach out to them. I ordered 2 identical items and only received 1 - we were told that we would receive the second item as soon as the product would become available again. No news since then, this was 6 months ago!

I requested to be refunded and got ignored. Reporting them is now the only option.

Do not buy from them!

I only received one of two items on an order and the seller has been unable to reply to me after contact by email, FB Messenger and through the contact form on their website.

I appreciate their website states they are running with limited staff at the moment, but it has now been 7 weeks since I originally contacted them with no reply. Despite this, they still appear to be taking new orders.

Frustratingly, I have been unable to claim the money back through Paypal due to the time elapsed since the original purchase (as it was a pre-order), so I must simply hope that Fabled Fandoms are eventually able to reply.

For now I'm afraid I must warn other potential customers that there is currently no customer service from this company.

Got the products on release day , can’t say anymore then brilliant

Been really happy with Fabled Fandoms. They have always got my preorder to me either the day of release or the day before. Service was excellent when something went missing in the post. I'm going to continue using them. They are better than the bigger sites who often send preorders several days after release. I will continue using (and just ordered for a Pokémon set releasing in August as I trust them to get my order to me on time.) Thank you!
