I’ve had the pleasure of working with Fabric House for years on multiple projects. Unsurpassed work ethic and impeccables approach to working with their customers. I am very lucky to be able to count on them for sourcing the best materials. I am grateful to their manager Olga, at their Prato Headquarters, and the entire team for always being there for us.

I ordered different types of fabrics from Fabric House. The manager contacted me very quickly and politely answered all my questions. They helped me choose samples, place the order, and arrange delivery. Everything went smoothly and on time. I am very satisfied with the fabric quality, as I was specifically looking for materials made from recycled sources. Overall, I had only positive impressions from the cooperation and will definitely order again.

We first visited the Fabrichouse in Prato and were given a nice tour and explanation of all the fabrics. Now we already bought several times some fabrics and everytime everything went smoothly. Very happy with this company.

The sample service was great and I found a fabric I would have wanted to buy but they have a way too high minimum value requirement of 150€. I would have had to buy twice the amount of fabric I need just to meet the requirement. (12 meters for one dress is ridiculous!) Customer service said it was because of sustainability issues to reduce the number of shipments, but in that case it should be a minimum amount requirement in meters, not value. The minimum value makes it impractical to buy any of the more affordable fabrics because one would have to buy excess fabric just to buy anything at all.

My experience with fabric House has been nothing short of excellent. A very professional company with first class customer service.
From receiving my initial sample selection which where so well presented, to the lovely Alice who took the time and patience to answer all of my queries, help me with regards to shipping and make sure my order has arrived ok. I can only say that i will definitely be ordering again from Fabric House and highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great selection of beautiful, sustainable fabrics.

Non mandano tutti i tessuti, se lo richiedi dicono di rispedire ma non mandano, i tessuti spediti inoltre sono sbagliati, non comprate
