Very disappointed in this company!

Very disappointed in this company!
I think their products are lovely and they smell amazing - but what terrible customer service and what an awful way to run a website!
I’ve received nothing despite placing an order on the 8th of March and no replies to emails. I’m now going through my bank to ask for my money back and my bank have told me that they set up a recurring payment which they’re now going to block!
Like other people have said buy these products from shops only - or perhaps try other brands. I think I’m going to abandon them completely now because this has really annoyed me!

Well what interesting customer service…

Well what interesting customer service tbh. Ordered on the 21st of February and FINALLY received my package today being the 13th of March.

First order was not shipped or even attempted to be shipped in almost 2 weeks until I called up. Finally a label was created and the package was shipped out only to be held by Royal Mail due to damaged scan.

Called up on Monday and they sent me the bundle again for delivery on Wednesday but the delivery was delayed and received the bundle today being a Friday.

Horrible customer service and shipping time which is such a shame because the product are actually good. Will I order again honestly idk maybe I should just stick to zaflora or maybe I’ll give Fabulosa one more try idk.

If it wasn’t for the shipping times and the lack of customer service & courtesy to update customers with their orders I would of given them a 5 star

Terrible

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I ordered over a month ago and have received no products, refund or response to my multiple emails. Now have had to open a PayPal claim to get my money back. I’ll never waste my time with Fabulosa again. The products are good but just go to Poundland or BNM for them, myfabulosa.co.uk is a scam

Been 2 weeks and not posted

Second time ordering from them and as much as I like the products. The delivery time is ridiculous. The first order took 2 weeks, they said it was due to high orders... Thought okay, maybe a one off. Ordered a second time and it's been 2 weeks and not even posted yet. I've emailed and no reply. Why state on the site, up to 7 days?
I highly doubt, I'll be ordering again after this.

If you really want their products (I actually love them) go to the shops and buy them. I emailed after 5-7 working days to ask where my order was, received an automated email back. Impossible to get hold hold of anyone, we're now 15 working days on, no response. I'm now working with my bank to get my money back......they took this immediately but don't seem to want to return it

Wish I never placed an order!!!!

First order arrived damaged so I thought ok not their fault. Then when replacing my order alot of the products were out of stock but wills send similar items. Nope what they did is send duplicate items. Was told it was ready to be shipped. After a week emailed them several times and told them to cancel my order as it wasn't shipped and refund me. Still no reply and today get an email to say my order is shipped. I have no clue if this order will be intact but I'm not holding my breath. Will never use this company again as its a complete shambles and shouldn't be allowed to rip people off

I was dubious about ordering because of…

I was dubious about ordering because of reviews but did so anyway. I'm glad I did. I can't fault the service at all. Winter angel is lovely and one product was out of stock so they emailed to ask if I was OK having 50p refunded and having a product replaced by a different scent which I really like now after giving it a sniff. Will definitely be ordering again. Thankyou for the great customer service.

Absolute crooks

Absolute crooks.
Placed an order at the beginning of November to be told it delivered in 3-5 days. Told me it was a courier issue despite not even processing the order or dispatching it. Roll on December, told it had been allocated to Evri but not collected due to Evri not working with them any longer, do I want it dispatched by DPD...err yes I do. Told it can't be delivered due to no stock, all stock was available at the time of ordering. and the order was packed and marked as complete when assigned to evri, another blatant lie, kept informing me they had no stock so couldn't ship, despite bragging on social media daily how they are launching new products. Customer service is non existant and really not bothered or experience of running a business, even to the extent of spelling the name wrong whilst it was written in front of them, which if they had read the email, they would know, no, it was just a copy and paste reply sent to hundreds. Still waiting for a full refund, but was offered a measly 20% off any future orders...hahaha.. In the end orders cancelled at my request, but no refund received ,had to run down the legal route for breach of contract and compensation (which is mounting up) and even that went ignored. with a bit of luck, after this shambles of an organisation at peak times and no deliveries and blatant lies to hundreds of people, they will fold.

Fraudulent company took my money two months ago EVRI tracking says expected for over six weeks numerous emails sent it’s a front my request for refund ignored ten times not even a response to email

Fabulosa you are appalling … Ordered 15 items at the beginning of November and still I haven’t received my items …. Numerous emails to you and you couldn’t care less … This company is to be avoided at all costs … Disgusting customer service

Terrible company avoid at all costs

Terrible company , I placed an order 4 weeks ago , phoned when it hadn’t come and was told sorry they would get it sent and refunded me 20% of my order , waiting another week and still not here so I phone back and this time I’m told it hasn’t been sent because some items were out of stock (surely good practice would have been to get on contact with me , instead of them
Just doing nothing ) I was told they would refund for items out of stock and get the rest shipped straight away ; eh no they didn’t , I’ve just had to phone them again , and guess what !!!!! Order still not been shipped and they can’t tell me why , what an absolute shambles of a company , zero customer service , and nobody seems too low what is going on, I ended up just getting refunded and cancelling order, they need to do better , and actually communicate with their customers , I love fabulosa but will never ever use agin after this

Winter angel scent

I ordered the viral winter angel scent in every cleaning product possible, after waiting for it to come back in stock, there was a courier issue which I recieved an apology email about then recieved a free hamper, the company are doing their best with the new high demand for this product so I didnt mind waiting a little longer as I always use them. Now recieved my parcel and the scent is amazing 🥰

Shambolic customer support!

I have placed an order ETA 3-5 working days, this is for a fun surprise present for a hen weekend. Placed the order well in advance, called for an expected delivery date as it's now overdue, Firstly I was told one courier was at fault, then another was named, then it was stock availability! Basically no straight answers as to when my order will be delivered which is absolutely disgraceful.
