Found out about Factory MX through a friend, thought its time to get my daughter a petrol bike, moving up from electric, I gave them a call and the guy said come down and take a look and a sit on the v2, he was very helpful and put us in the right direction. We purchased the v2 mid wheel, and what a brilliant bike! my daughter absolutely loves it, great build quality and for the price you definitely can't go wrong. Highly recommend 👍🏽

Fantastic bikes and a fantastic company. Bought the Ripper and the 16 E drive both amazing quality for the price and the kids can’t get enough of them. Had a problem with one of the batteries and it was replaced the next day. Super customer service. Would highly recommend and will be definitely buying again! This company is going places.

Very efficient service. Ordered and payed for the mx50v3 on Saturday and was delivered on Monday! Bike looks and feels really good quality. Very impressed. Spoke to Christian yesterday on the phone he explained everything to me and guided me the correct bike for my son I said can you try your best to get it to me by today and he he said yes, it then turned up this afternoon and the bike is spot on very impressed with it would highly recommend.
