Two face thief pretend to help

Bs business label as nonprofit. Look at their income. They get paid from your opposing too its a cheap way to point out the case and provide evidence that will be destroy or manipulated. Cheap settlement with agreement you shut money forever even to future abuse or wrong doing. Also they get a small and you have to pay tax from settlement of what defendant stole from u.

company soo dumb even up to now i freaken told them that they had someone claim on my email or account. even after telling them they say its will be fix dumb support is quick to put resolved issue. all them fake nonprofit organization gets alot of aid along so claim fee to keep operation. damn well aint much for maintanence and is able to be located in wealthy area
Low life corp pay out settlement can use for tax your lost u get no other damge reinburse have to pay tax for wat u lost and agree to being abuse forever its justice of the wealthy america is fakerica

Don’t bother

Don’t bother. Literally filed two complaints today, received email confirmations and then was told that there is no claim on file. It’s a sign to use JAMS or ADR, who is more time efficient and I can trust.

They scheduled a call for 9am never called

They scheduled a call for 9am. They called after 1030a. I never spoke to
A person live. Next thing the case is valid for arbitration.I apply for a fee waiver.
Next thing case is cancelled.
The part that is so aggravating is they did the same thing air bb did. After all t was cancelled, I was unable to give them a review.

GIANT waste of time and not what they claim to be

I submitted a claim to Fairshake after I had a client issue $10k+ in chargebacks via AMEX. I had all the documentation proving that I completed the contracted work and shouldn't have been issued the chargebacks. I went to Fairshake because they supposedly had experience with AMEX. I was assured that I had a case and that they could help me retrieve some, if not all, of my money.

After waiting almost 2 years, they said I didn't have a case and I would have to hire a lawyer with a starting retainer of $2500 to move forward against AMEX. To say I was frustrated was an understatement. That is not how Fairshake positions their company and process.

Fairshake had horrible (if any) follow-up. I was the one consistently messaging for updates. Their portal is crap and gives zero useful information.

I was hopeful that Fairshake would be the answer to help me get my money back from this client. They absolutely were not and were a giant waste of my time and energy.

Told me I had a settlement that was fake and they charge me a fee

I use them to try and get a settlement from Comcast. After over two months they said they had a settlement from Comcast and they wanted me to pay them a fee right away. I did pay the fee right away, only to find I Comcast was not on board with the settlement they told me they had. Fair shake charge me a fee on a settlement that never happened. I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do, they already had their money. Do not use fair shake I will be disputing the fee they charged me with my credit card company. They want me to start another claim and pay them again.

Hi Josh - I looked at your account and see that Comcast did sign a legally binding agreement (you can see a copy in your dashboard). That agreement was just signed last week so it can take some time for the credit to appear on your bill. Customer service is as bad as the company your filing arbitration with

Fairshake's customer service is as bad as Airbnb who still owes me thousands of dollars!!! Apparently Fairshake filed for arbitration (don't remember getting emails saying this) and supposedly AAA emailed me asking to pay the fee. I didn't ever get that email to pay the fee, so when AAA didn't get their fee they closed the case within 7 days. Fairshake site still says "escalated and pending arbitration." Despite the case being dismissed on Monday, on Thursday night its still showing pending on Fairshake website. On Monday when I did get an email from AAAA about the case being closed, I tried to talk to anyone from AAA or Fairshake. I didn't hear back from either of them until Thursday. Even then, I only get email messages/texts back from Fairshake and a different person each time. They were not there when I needed them and unknowable when I needed it.
Fairhsake might help you file documents and get some kind of results, but they have just as bad, or worse, customer service than the company you are starting this process with. But, like the company you're starting arbitration with, just close the case and open a new one with this poor customer service company. Don't waste time trying to talk to someone or have them resolve or change anything for you. Just start a new case. Which is why I gave them 2 stars. Because at least it is easy to just file for arbitration on anything a company tries to give you the run around with. I file a dispute now for whenever I'm told "I'm sorry for your frustration" or "I understand why you feel that way," instead of actually resolving my issue. Plus, it is semi educational to go through the process so when I have a more problems with Fairshake it will be easy to take them to arbitration.

Once a customer decides to escalate their claim to an arbitration hearing, the claim is transferred to the Arbitration Association. At that point, FairShakes does not control the AA’s timeline or communications. I will definitely use Fairshake again. I first learned about FairShake from YouTube. Since day 1 Fairshake informed me about everything and they work fast. I was so happy with my settlement results. Go with Fairshake.

Just file your own AAA Request

They filed my AAA claim and didn't pay enough. My claim almost got cancelled as a result. Thankfully, I followed up, figured it out, and paid AAA directly. Literally what they purport to do is help you file with AAA. When I notified them, "Leon" could not care less. Hope they aren't expecting me to pay 20% for them to screw this up more than I would've if I did it myself.

Hi Helene — The AAA had unfortunately updated their fee days before your claim was filed, and the FairShake system had not yet completed the system update reflecting that change. FairShake does not control the amount or changes to that fee; however, I do do see that we offered to discount any settlement offer that you receive, which should more than offset the change. If that amount does not cover the increase in the filing fee to the AA, please reach out to us at help@fairshake.com and we will make it right by you.

After almost one full year of exasperating non-communication from a phone company, I found Fairshake. What a find. If you are getting nowhere in battles with corporations, try Fairshake. These guys changed everything for me.
