Excellent service from start to finish
I had an excellent experience working with my broker Dervail throughout my property purchase. Her guidance was consistently clear, accurate, and highly professional. Every query I raised was addressed promptly, and she managed all documentation and requirements efficiently on my behalf.
Her support made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well-organised. I have already recommended Fairstone to a friend who is also engaging with them and has expressed the same high level of satisfaction.

An excellent personalised service for explaining all financial matters in an easy to comprehend and nice manner
An excellent personalised service for my wife and myself. Mr Greg McGreal and all the team in Sligo were most helpful in explaining our personal financial situation in language that was easy to understand. This made our financial review a very informative meeting, rather than a jumble of facts and figures etc.

Both Benny and Helen could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process. No question was too silly or too much, and each answer was clear and detailed! They had so much patience and put us at ease at all times. Both John Paul and Colm were also brilliant in helping getting insurance sorted too! Could not recommend Benny and Helen enough for anyone starting out the mortgage process they were top class!
