The pricing on the engagement ring is really good, compared to other retailers. The ring looks beautiful. Customer service is great, replying very promptly to any questions you have. I needed the ring in time for the proposal I had planned, and the FP team delivered earlier than agreed on! Sales team is not so responsive (when I sent a message to the sales rep, he would sometimes take up to a day to reply). But they're all very friendly and professional.

I ordered a custom built ring this April. I planned on asking my fiance to marry me the day before Mother’s Day. Every step of the process was very smooth, the payment options are great, and when the ring came it was exactly what I wanted. Jake was great to work with and very easy to comunicate with.
