Choosing Family Credit Management (FCM) was one of the best financial decisions I have ever made, and I can confidently say that working with them has completely changed my path toward debt relief. After being on their Debt Management Program (DMP) for over two years, the results have been nothing short of exceptional.
From the very start, the team at Family Credit Management provided incredible support. Certified Credit Counselor Erica Reyes-Smith helped me establish a possible course of action, assuring me that the Debt Management Plan was a great fit for my financial future. She provided invaluable resources, including budgeting tips and the "100 Ways to Save Big" brochure, setting me up for success from day one. Erica was responsive and helpful, even when addressing my specific questions about removing accounts that already had preferential agreements, which she quickly confirmed was fine to do.
The financial relief provided by FCM is substantial and immediate. The program is designed to save hundreds in interest and allow me to get out of debt in under five years. I was promised "exceptional" anticipated interest rates, and the program delivered, with the lower rates and elimination of late fees shaving significant time off my repayment period. As the Client Services team noted, I survived the challenging first few months and was quickly seeing the benefits begin.

Seriously though, this means a lot. What stood out most is that you’ve been on the program for more than two years and are still this excited about the results. A lot of people are skeptical at first because lower interest rates, waived fees, and a clear path to becoming debt-free can sound almost too good to be true. You’ve actually lived it and seen the progress for yourself.

I am so thankful I stumbled across Family Credit Management. It has been hands down the best decision to go with them. Before I came across them, I was getting so many phone calls, texts, emails to the point that it was annoying and felt defeated. The difference with FCM is that I was able to communicate with them by text and email. Which worked best for me so that I could respond when I could during work. The process was throughly explained and was such an easy process. FCM has lifted this heavy burden off my shoulders. I’m looking forward to being debt free!
