Rose was very helpful getting me a seat for my trip to visit family over the holidays. She explained everything to me and took the time to get me a seat. I was trying to book economy but she explained to me that was overbooked and checked main cabin and got me a seat there and went ahead with the booking after I accepted everything.

Call center was friendly, but slightly pushy for a review. Prices as advertised failed to mention that flight may be oversold and may require paying a higher price for a guaranteed seat. Overall, still cheaper than other sites. Process wasn't super difficult to get things changed.

Never ordered with you until this trip. No one else could get us on a flight for these specific dates that would work. But you went the extra mile to help us and I appreciate it.
