I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees.
This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.

The nightmare continued since they booked us on two different airlines and we had to get entry visa in Shanghai. Total disaster and to this day, I'm waiting for a response. Book directly and avoid these clowns

Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Underprices. This company is an absolute fraud and operates just like a spider web, waiting to catch families in trouble.We booked tickets from Toronto to Copenhagen, only for Underprices to secretly cancel our booking behind our backs the very next day. When we called to ask why, they had the nerve to claim that the flight prices had gone up and it was a "financial loss for them." They told us we would have to pay the full amount for a new flight and wait 10-15 days for a refund from SAS.We luckily caught them by checking directly with the airline, and after a massive fight and escalation, they were finally forced to rebook us. However, they maliciously split our family into two separate bookings. When those flights later suffered disruptions, this split made alternate arrangements a nightmare, as the airline treated us as completely separate reservations and wouldn't easily accommodate us together.To make matters worse, when I called their customer support later for a separate issue, their solution was literally to tell me to cancel the ticket, fight the airline for a refund, and book a fresh one entirely on my own! These guys are good for nothing and do not care about the passengers they strand.They are a fraudulent agency that will take your money, arbitrarily cancel your tickets to cover their own profit margins, and leave you to deal with the fallout. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the airlines. Zero stars if I could!

This company is a scam. The agents keep lying and they don’t know how to manage their jobs about when i need to change my flight ticket because my flight got delayed. And Everytime i call and ask about my ticket, they keep telling to wait for 2 hours and it has been 3 days that i called and i received the same lying answer over and over again with different agents. Even i asked for the refund and also i bought the insurance for my ticket. They just keep lying and didn’t want to process my refund. The Underpricer is a SCAM and lies.

Updated: I raised this from a 2 star to a 3 star because after threatening to report the company to my bank and the FTC for fraud my refund came through today 07/02. I did give them until the 9th and they came through quick. So I got my money back. To bad they made what started out as a good experience one ending with a bit of sour taste in my mouth.
Initially it all went well. Then the airlines began messing with the flights extending my trip to over 24 hrs. Not under Underprices control nor their fault. Followed up with a customer service rep and got my trip refund approved. A week later I am now being told that my refund may take up to two months. Underpricer blames the airline. I contacted the airline and they sated that credit card refunds are completed within 7 business days. Very very fishy.

Horrible service. DO NOT use them. I received so many calls and every person said different stuff. I end it up paying almost $5,000 for a 2 tickets for Japan. For all the inconveniences they have me $100 voucher. That doesn’t even cover a seat on any flight.
The worst company out there. They should not be in business !!

I made a mistake and booked my return on the wrong day. The same flights were not available for the same price but my agent was knowledgeable and diligent enough to find me a similar return at a reasonable fare. Professional customer service!
