I had accidentally made an incorrect booking. The team was very prompt and helpful in canceling my reservation and processing the refund. What I really appreciated was the transparency: they offered that I can keep credit with them for a future trip but did not unnecessarily insist when I said no. I will definitely book through them in the future!

Is there a place where i could actually report them as fraud? Ticket price was 1100 and i attempted to pay 5 times in a row, each time i attempted to pay the price could go up but all the infos i gave until payment attempt could be erased or shuffeld to a different name. At 6th attempt after raised from 1100$ to 1270$ somehow the payment got through with a different name. They blamed me saying it was my fault. After that they did not want to return my money and dragged me on so many days dealing with it. Saying that it was my fault and saying they will work with agency and blah blah. Imagine they offered credits under that other persons name cause the error that was booked under that name and not offering me that i actually paid the money. Avoid them please.

I called the customer service hotline to ask questions about my flight reservation, and I received the help I really needed. Excellent customer service. I definitely will use Underpricer for my future air travel.

Update 7/1 - still waiting for a refund. They said they will refund using PayPal! Why? I paid with my credit card and now today they are telling me that the airline will refund by check and in the next sentence literally the refund will be processed in 4 weeks, original form of payment. Is it check or credit card? They are just lying and scamming at this point? PayPal to check to credit card and threatening to close my case. Do I have a refund? No! But the case is closed? You guys are the worst scammers and cannot believe you are allowed to operate in USA

Just saying “it will be refined” “ we are talking to the airline” and meanwhile I am still out $1500! Don’t be fooled by their “customer service” and be very weary before you purchase anything through this disingenuous company.
I bought two tickets under the same transaction for a flight scheduled for March 6th, 2026. Then all Middle East flights were canceled due to the Iran war. I received the refund for one ticket after over a month and still waiting on the other one. Today is June 2nd 2026! They keep saying waiting on airlines. Well why would the airline refund one ticket and not the other? Most important I bought the flights from your company. My credit card was charged by you so why is it still he airlines fault? Why am I out of $1500 because you are what? Incompetent? Dishonest? Scammers? Why would it take more than 3 months to process a refund? I know for a fact emirates has processed all direct refund requests within a week. Be extremely careful when you do business with this shady company

Later on, i cancel the ticket by mistake and want to resume the ticket, they also help me finish it.
last step, the instant whatsapp chat service is very professional, they can fix the problem. i like it.
