UNDERPRICER helped me with getting my refunds for cancelled flight. For that underprice customer Representative, Juliet, worked me patiently while the major airlines involved with my cancelled flights refused to help me and instead were punting ball into each others court.

Expensive second checked bag ($295), plus I paid for price drop protection. The price dropped $300 in 24 hours, but I haven't received the refund.

I would like to express my sincere UnderPricer company for their professionalism, compassion, and support. …

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to UnderPricer, through whom I purchased our Business Class airline tickets from Almaty to New York and back with Turkish Airlines.

Even though our tickets were promotional, non-refundable, and almost impossible to change, the company showed exceptional understanding and support when my wife’s health condition forced us to request a change of our return flight dates.
UnderPricer kindly helped us reschedule our return flights from New York, including our stopover in Istanbul, by an entire month with only minimal penalty fees, which were mainly related to the increased airfare costs due to rising aviation fuel prices.
I would especially like to recognize the outstanding customer service team at UnderPricer, particularly Mr. Richie, who stayed in constant contact with us by both email and phone throughout the entire process.
Our heartfelt thanks to him and to the entire company for their professionalism, compassion, and support. 👏👏👏🙏

Reliable and efficient

First time booking through Underpriced for my son's multi-leg international flights, I was amazed by the services. After leaving a message I got a phone call the next day from an agent named Sidney, who helped me effortlessly finding a seat assigned through Japan Airlines. I wasn't able to do this directly on Japan Airlines' website previously. I am very pleased with his help.

Grossly incompetent or scammers?

Booked a flight which I then had to change. They said they would make the change, charged my card for the change fee, but never made the change. I kept calling, and was told that the only person who could help me was Ben, and that he would call me back in two hours. I got this same response day after day. I tried to speak to a supervisor but was told that only the person in charge of my case (the missing Ben) could forward a case to the supervisor. I then called the airline, who told me I did not have a confirmed booking - after Underpricer had charged me for both the flight and the change fee! I then began to wonder if the whole operation is fraudulent. Kept calling and they kept being unable to fix it. Finally I asked them to refund my money but they said they couldn't because it was a non-refundable reservation - except they had (according to the airline) never made the booking. In the end they produced neither the ticket nor the refund. I wonder if Underpricer is the most incompetent company on the planet, or if this is a scam operation? Either way I would stay away.

They respond 24/7 almost instantly

They respond 24/7 almost instantly. My representative was patient and well manner person. We contacted by phone,email back to back at midnight about main issue which how to appear traveler's name on tickets. I am not completely satisfied the way ended,but he worked hard and I amazed this company's timely manner responding to customer.

Good experience

I usually book my trip directly with the airline because of my experience with other web travel agents, but dealing with UnderPricer was a great experience and much easier to manage than booking directly with the airline.
