When I called requesting cancellation of tickets within 24 hours of purchase,staff were very helpful and kind. I got full refund as per their agreement within timely manner.

Great service great price.

The people were very helpful and quite friendly. This was on top of getting the best deal on the flight that I could find. Highly recommended.

Our issue isn’t resolved yet

Our issue isn’t resolved yet, due to my mom’s illness have to change my parent’s flights. Yet I want to should out to Richie from customer experience team for replying and just being human in understanding and all the support. Not all are in hands of the company but decent human interaction and trying their best means a lot when the family is facing medical issues that drain everyone morale. So far I’m thankful to Richie for keep helping my dad Mukan!

Excellent Customer orientation

Our travel was uncertain due to the war in West Asia. UnderPricer kept abreast of developments, communicated with the airline and kept us informed on a regular basis. The customer orientation was exceptional

Big regret

I booked a flight through Kayak, which routed me to Underpricer without clearly emphasizing the tradeoffs of using a third-party agency.

After booking, I found I could not select seats directly through Aer Lingus because of the third-party restriction. Instead, I was pushed to purchase seat assignments through Underpricer for about $500.

The flight itself is valid, but the experience is frustrating. You lose flexibility and basic airline functionality, then get upsold after the fact.

This reflects not just on Underpricer, but also on Kayak for directing customers into these bookings without clearer warnings about limitations.

Recommendation: book directly with the airline or a more transparent provider.

Customer service better than expected

Customer service better than expected.
Contacted over a data descrepancy between ticket booked through underpricer and information reported by Icelandic air on the ticket in thier app. On line response was specific and concise and follow up response within hours to confirm resolution. Much better than I expected as I did not think this would end well. But overall much better and satisfactory resolution.

DO NOT BOOK with Underpricer or Kayak!!!!!

Horrendous experience! We flew from the US to London, and then from Paris back to the US. They CHANGED THE DATE of our returning flight to a day earlier without any clear notice. We got a flight reminder 90 minutes before the flight, which at that point we could not make, and they would not change our flight or refund us. We had to purchase entirely new tickets on a different airline the day before we had to return to the US, which cost us thousands for seven of us. If you think it will save you money up front, DO NOT DO IT!!!

Very easy to talk to a person

The moment I needed to talk to customer service it was incredibly easy and I received a phone call back within the minute. They answered my questions and had all the info I needed. Everything has been very easy on Underpricer and I’ll definitely use this service again.

Flights cancelled after booking and ticketed without any reason

All seemed ok and was booked and ticketed but 3 days later the funds were returned to my credit card and no message from Underpricer. I contacted their Customer service and asked why the funds were returned. Nothing. I called in the afternoon, a guy looked the flights up and said they had been cancelled today but didn’t know why. Very bad to do this and not contact me.
