Jimmy was helpful and made our trip easy.

I booked a flight last year in December 2021 for my daughter and myself. Unfortunately, my daughter just before the trip was Covid positive.
I had hard time to have her ecredit with a decent amount.
For 3 weeks she is desperately trying to book a fight, but Farcornere just keep lying to her. Nothing was sent to Delta. We do not have any case number or e credit file or anything to help us book her flight. Delta Airline never heard about her name or case.
This company is the worst ever!!! Check were you put your money. Never do any travel with them because they are thieves!!! Never trust them!!
Please never trust this company or book anything with them.....

Jimmy was the best! He took that time to ensure my flight was booked correction, he honored the fair even though there was a mix up. He held while I called my bank and he then called me back to be sure I was happy with everything. I just say he went over and beyond.

There was an increase in ticket price due to economy seats selling out so we had to upgrade to main cabin. We were contacted by phone about this and my initial reaction was skeptical but Rose's explanation and demeanor helped to work it out successfully.

They were very communicative and explained everything very well. I felt good calling back and asking some follow-up questions.

I was desperately seeking a last minute holiday flight. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Farecorner. They were showing a ticket price half that of the other travel sites. I called the number to determine whether the advertised fare was truly available. The live agent informed me that the tickets they at that price were gone and the website needed to be updated. But, he said he had some slightly more expensive tickets for better seats. I became suspicious, but continued to discuss my desired flights, costs and cancellation policies if that became necessary. Holding my breath, I paid for the tickets. In less than 24 hours, I received confirmation of booking and itinerary number from the airline. Needless to say, I was very relieved and thankful to the knowledgeable agent who assisted me. I would certainly recommend Farecorner to anyone looking for airfare. I would suggest calling directly rather than booking online. The customer service agents can help avoid misunderstandings and provide reassuring details right from the beginning.

The agent was very responsive and worked with me on the best options.

It's been good so far, but haven't actually taken the flight yet.
Right after I wrote this I got a call the economy seats I reserved were not available. I would need to upgrade at the cost of $200 to take the flight. I paid the &200. I was not upgraded, I was in the economy seats in the back of the plane. I contacted Farecorner and got not response.

The price is different on the website we purchased the tickets and then you call back and is the price is higher
