The quality of product is great. The reasonable adjustments requested for an elserly recipient who cannot lift a 10kg box, after repeated complaints about drivers failure to read directions to ring doorbell and place on kitchen bench, is quite frankly tiring. Not very inclusive nor respectful

The 2kg cherry box we received was excellent. Fruit was superior to what we’ve been buying at the supermarket. Communication was great. I will definitely be purchasing again through Farmers Pick.

Fantastic communication, service and most importantly the BEST cherries. Will order again for sure. No need to pay supermarket prices anymore!

I have been a member with Farmers Pick for over a year.
We live in Port Macquarie and I have had fortnightly deliveries with no issues until …. This week I received a message that my order could not be delivered and they were unsure why.
The money had gone out from my account.
I have been unable to speak with anyone at all and the AI responses assured me it’s being investigated.
It’s so annoying not being able to speak direct
With anyone.
Still waiting after around 8 emails….
Maybe this will attract their attention.

First box was great. Next one not so good. Third one, they forgot the meat (they did refund, but that's not the point - I had no meat). No phone service, only e-mails, which is painful. Thought I'd keep trying in the name of saving non-perfect food from being chucked. Next one was just fruit and veg and 'ok' quality. Fifth box - no meat again (and I'd ordered for a family event). Over all, 2 boxes were decent, but so disappointing to have missed a massive part of the order on 2 out of 5 attempts to like this service. Given up.

Absolutely hopeless service. I have been trying to sort out issues for 3 weeks now and the worst thing is there is no one you can call; only email where they sometimes respond within 24 hours , there is no one to escalate to, there is nothing you can do basically, and they don't read emails properly. Please please save yourself stress and do not order from these people. Also, I suspect the email responses are AI driven

I experienced several issues using the website, and when our delivery arrived, I was disappointed to find both a smaller quantity and poorer quality than expected.
For each of these issues, I contacted Farmers Pick - both through the chat and via email only to receive patronising AI responses that sometimes answered my questions.

I am so happy with my Farmers choice boxes!
Always fresh and a great variety.
Having it delivered each fortnight to my door is an added bonus.
It’s also great to experiment with new produce you might have not used in the past. So many yummy recipes to be made!!!

I recently received my order from Farmers Pick, and I couldn't wait to share my experience. After a long day at work, finding a box of fruits, meat, and milk waiting at my doorstep was a delightful surprise.

Let's start with the milk. It was non-homogenised, and I must admit, the first thing I did was pour myself a big mug and drink it straight. The rich, creamy taste took me back to my childhood, reminding me of milk fresh from the morning milking at my friend's dad's dairy farm. Although it's not the exact same experience, it was close enough to bring a sense of nostalgia and comfort.

The fruit box was a burst of color and flavour. The quality was exceptional, with each piece fresh and ready to enjoy. I was thrilled to find mangoes inside—my absolute favorite—and they were perfectly ripe. I also received huge oranges! As well as mandarins, a pineapple, and melon, all top-notch in quality.

The meat packages stood out with pictures of the farmers who contributed to the order. This personal touch added a meaningful connection to the food, and I appreciated their effort to highlight the people behind our meals. Supporting this farmer's cooperative feels like being part of a movement that values community collaboration over corporate interests, something we could all use more of today.

Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with Farmers Pick. The initiative of people supporting people is commendable, and the quality of the products is simply outstanding. It's heartening to know where my food comes from and to feel a part of a community that values personal connections over transactional business. I'm looking forward to placing my next order!

Such good quality produce and good value for money. Great selection of meats and fish to choose from and lovely to see what is being delivered each week in the fruit and veggie box. Very fresh fruit and vegetables. The meat comes fresh not frozen, I like that I can adjust my orders up to a few days before delivery. Money that goes directly to farmers at a good price is my money well spent. Tracking available for easy delivery.

Farmers pick is the best! Cheaper than the shops and more variety. All super fresh. I was surprised, not only did the vegetables last way longer than the shop bought ones, they weren't deformed at all. And fresher than the Coles or woolworths would ever be.

What an amazing product they are supplying. Tastes fresh from the ground with a great mixture of ( in our case ) fruit and veg . We do a box for 2 every fortnight and it lasts the whole time . Great value and can’t recommend it highly enough . Look into it it’s great value
