Food is fresh & cool on delivery, nearly always without damage or bruising, have had a couple of minor exceptions ( not reported). Stores well, in some cases, multiple weeks in crisper. Tastes great... Voir plus

Beautiful fresh fruit and vegetables
Beautiful fresh fruit and vegetables, loved the huge passionfruit I got in the last box so juicy & delicious, the peaches, nectarines, apples & other fruit are always fresh & delicious & I love frying up the zucchini, potato & sweet potato & enjoy every last piece.

My first box from Farmers Pick…
I got my first box from Farmers Pick yesterday. Looks great and I have to say I had the most amazing passionfruit last night - it was enormous and absolutely full of beautiful pulp and this morning I have had a slightly damage peach it was a delight and the worm farm will enjoy the small amount of trimming. And tonight I got into some great roasted vegies. Thanks 🥰

The variety of veg
The variety of veg, the consistency in staples to get me through general meal prepping eg. Carrots, zuc, onion. But the exciting random veg/fruit like getting candy melon, donut peach, two tone squash. Love it, love colourful veg, i get excited by how to eat it.

We bought two boxes of cherries and they were amazing... Wasn't sure what to expect given they are the duopoly rejects... But there were no obvious signs of being imperfect and tasted delicious!!

small fruit & veggie box
I just received my first small fruit & veggie box and I am stoked with the amount of produce and variety that I received, given the price I paid. Everything is in excellent condition and tastes amazing. Highly recommend!

Consistently wrong orders
So just before Christmas I had a delivery which was incomplete which is a ridiculous number of deliveries more than half have been missing a cold box or a pantry box or something else.
My delivery for December 18 also included a driver called Harsh screaming and swearing at me, I was told his actions would be investigated and that my missing items would be delivered on the 24th which didn't happen.
I did get rotten cherries on the 28th.
Today's order was apparently to be delivered by the same person and wouldn't you know I got a delivery notification and was a block from home, got home and there was nothing at all, nothing on my neighbours steps, nothing dumped on the street and the delivery pictures look like the inside of a hand and something dark.
I tried to order pantry and cold things from you guys, was really looking forward to my veggies this week and now yet again you have my money and I have nothing.
I keep giving you chances and keep being told that the issue will be fixed but it isn't, this shouldn't happen all the time, it shouldn't take 10 emails to fix, it shouldn't take me waiting at least an extra week for delivery, I shouldn't be out my money and end up with nothing.

Great value and budget friendly
I am really enjoying the boxes of produce I receive from Farmers Market each fortnight. Pensioner friendly) What is in every box is well worth the price. I also enjoy the little surprises I receive, eg doughnut peaches, pomelos and mandarine oranges. Tasting new fruit is wonderful. Thank you Guys!

Yummiest cherries
The cherries were delicious and when I was given a date that was after my event you managed to change the date so that I could use them for my event. How kind was that. The cherries are amazingly yummy and they last over a week. I will definitely be buying them next cherry season.

I was curious about about these flat fruit, so we bought a box and took them home. We have munched thru three boxes.They are really delicious, fun to eat and not over priced. We bought more today lol

Farmers Pick are a great company
Farmers Pick are a great company. Helping farmers instead of wasting fruit. The cherrys are delicious. Sweet crunchy and full of flavour. If there is any problems this company deals with it immediately. Im on my third box of cherrys and loving them. Its great having the cherrys come in a refrigerated truck and right to my door. Have told several friends to order as well. Keep up the good work and thankyou

Disappointing
The last 5 deliveries the eggs are smashed, or a whole box just missing.
Also the last 3 deliveries there have been items completely missing; very disappointing, especially over Christmas.
If anyone can recommend another veg box delivery service I'd be grateful, these guys just don't seem to be up to scratch.

Poor logistics & customer service
I ordered 3 boxes of cherries for our family Christmas celebration & gifts.
Using PayPal auto-populated the form with my PO Box — and neither their website or logistics processes picks up on this until too late.
After an unhelpful, bland SMS message, I have been unable to contact Farmers Pick. No phone support, and an AI email that says they’ll get back to me. But they haven’t.
Bland, tardy apologies across TrustPilot are not an effective approach to customer service. I say this as a CX professional.
Now I find myself cancelling through PayPal and trying to source my cherries elsewhere on Christmas Eve.
Wish me luck. I suspect that Farmers Pick will also need luck in the future, based on my experience and those reported here in TrustPilot.
They really need to look at their logistics operations and approach to customer service, no matter how worthy their objective.

I’m really impressed with Farmers Pick
I’m really impressed with Farmers Pick. The produce is fresh, tasty, and often better than what I find in supermarkets, just without the “perfect” look. Everything I received was still in great condition and full of flavour.
What I love most is that it’s more affordable, reduces food waste, and supports Australian farmers at the same time. It feels good knowing you’re saving money while also helping local growers.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants quality produce, better value, and a more sustainable way to shop.

Awesome Farmers Pick
The cherries are awesome and the service fantastic.
The cherries do not deteriorate like I have experienced with other cherries. When they are packed and ready to be shipped to your home, they are tracked with up to date information.
If you have any queries about your order, Farmers Pick respond to the query in a very timely manner.
I can highly recommend the fruit and Farmers Pick. And I love the fact that we are helping the farmers directly and saving such wastage of food
