Acceptable Experience of shopping at Farzideal
As I am regular customer of e-commerce portals such as Snapdeal , flipkart ,Paytm etc.
I found the farzideal on google by searching mobile accessories for my iPhone 5s.
Website Userinterface:
The look of website is Pretty awesome. Logo of farzideal is also good.
You can search the products by categories

Or you may search on the required products by search bar.
There is an option for latest product as well to see new arrivals.
I have purchased 3 things from farzideal.
A charger for old phone, cover of iPhone and a lofar.
I have added the products to cart and did checkout and I ordered for cash on delivery. They charged 5 rs for cash of delivery which cost you more.
Order confirmation:
Then got a confirmation email and calls from customer care to confirm the order.
I have check the track order of mine form "track order"tool by my order Id and tried to call customer care as well.
Delivery of product:
As they given the time to delivery is maximum 7 days but it was irony I got the products before due date which I liked most.
Packaging:
The packaging of the products was quite good and all the products have its tags which shown the genuineness of the company.
Feedback:
After receiving the products I got a call from farzideal customer for feedback which shows the loyalty of the company
I prefer to buy from the Farzideal and I am satisfied till date.
