Make sure you order exactly the right thing, they charge 20% of the value of the items for returns and exchanges, plus postage of course.

I was told I could drive a two hour round trip and return the items myself, and still be charged 10% for my trouble.

Go to Screwfix instead.

I originally placed an order for fascia boards and accompanying plastics and arranged my delivery date.

I since requested to alter the order on two occasions, both occasions my needs were catered for and the changes were applied to the existing order.

Everything has arrived today early morning of expected date and all my products are present as requested despite the two changes to the order.

Can I please pass on my appreciation for the great service I received. Since using your services over 12 months ago I use your products wherever possible due to the cost and quality. I’ve just recently renewed all my own fascia’s, barge boards and soffits but ended up one length short so I ordered the required length and was pleased to receive the item within 24 hours of ordering. Many thanks for the quality service provided, it is very much appreciated.

Worst service from any supplier I have ever dealt with. Ordered roof trim beginning of October, no communication on delivery. Chased them on 19/20 Oct, apparantely Tuffnells had it since 15/10 and were delivering. Asked for an update and no once called. Chased again and told Tuffnells was trying to find my items. Finally, got aggravated on 25/10 and was told they will resend my items directly through their Watford depot (not sure where that is) and my items will be with me by 27/10. Called today (27/10), no update on my product, apparantly now showing out of stock, and they can't seem to get through to their "own" depot in Watford. Never use this supplier ever again.

I used Fascia Expert because they were very competitive on price, sold a well know brand of guttering and have everything in stock. Website is a doddle to use. Items arrived before time - which was great. One item was missing. I explained this to a very nice and helpful lady at FasciaExpert. Nothing was too much trouble - she said they would courier this out to me (at a cost of £30 for a £6 item - all paid by them). The part arrived next day. You can tell a good company by the way they handle issues and this company is excellent. Very happy with them used them twice now, I suggest you ignore the bad reviews, they are one of the best.

Absolutely useless order still not arrived after 1 month told by customer service they were waiting for my guttering to come in I didn’t even order any guttering! Promised it would arrive following week and it didn’t.
Scaffolding now been removed so will have to pay for tower scaffolding to be put up whenever my order ever arrives.
I will be sending fascia expert (?) the bill.
For our next project we need 50 lengths of cladding 20 lengths of fascia 20 lengths of soffit 20 lengths of guttering 10 lengths of down pipe numerous fittings and sundries NONE OF WHICH WE WILL BE BUYING FROM FASCIA EXPERT or gap plastics which they are a sister company of

There are a ton of places to buy Fascias and fittings - these guys are a no-brainer.

No idea where the poor reviews below are coming from - I had the opposite experience entirely.

Not only are their prices great, but they managed a rapid delivery of what I needed (less than a day!) and took an extra step to amend my order when I'd made a mistake and ordered totally the wrong thing!

They're the real deal - excellent customer service who were really quick to respond to both a question about my order (cheers, Shirley) and send me out some new corner trims when I ordered the wrong ones (cheers, Simon!). Really quick to help and put my needs first, totally appreciated.

I'll buy from them again in the future and would highly recommended! And I usually leave brutal reviews - I'm not usually this pleased! :) Cheers guys

Excellent company for Floplast items and best price on the web. Delivery was very fast can't fault their service, even though items came from a company called Gap.

So far, I have nothing but praise for Matt in the customer service dept of Fascia Expert. I ordered some cladding on a Sunday afternoon about 3.30 p.m., and it was delivered the next day!
One item in the order was not correct, but an email back to Matt, and one very quick response from him and the item was switched straight away.
I was extremely happy with the speed of response of questions I had and am very happy to recommend this company.

Placed order with them all at 1st seemed OK order was dispatched by GAP Nottingham delivery was made but only part delivery 1 board on examination was found to be damaged rang facia experts up was told no problem would supply replacement with remaining order remaing order was delivered but would not pick up damaged board and no replacement sent noticed on inspection last board delivered had a manufacturing fault aswell so on a total of 5 boards 2 were damaged so nearly 43% of order no good and no response from GAP

We sent an email to the customer service team as we wanted to place a large order so wanted to ensure everything was in stock. A lady called Shirley was dealing with our enquiry back and fourth as we changed our minds from smooth grey to grained grey fascia gutters etc. Shirley was so patient and kind every time we sent an email she always replied back on the same day. I would 100% recommend this company. I've received excellent customer service right from the start to the end including to the delivery. Even the delivery man was really helpful checking that we had received all the items listed on the delivery note.

I placed an order two weeks ago for a small delivery with a 5 day lead time.

After 9 days I was told the delivery had been made, but I hadn’t seen it, nor had I received a card to say I had missed delivery.

They were very hard to communicate with and it gave the feeling as though they weren’t really trading and that they never had stock.

Deplorable customer service.

Placed order on their website and selected a delivery date. When order didn't arrive I emailed and received a reply with a new delivery date. Again order didn't arrive. I emailed and tried phoning - took forever before someone finally picked up my call. Was told my delivery was still at least 8 days away. I have since cancelled my order. Poor website. Very poor communication.

Placed an order and within 20 mins realised I had ordered 1 length too much. Emailed straight way to have 1 removed.
I received emailed in the morning to say too late it’s already been dispatched as I emailed at 17:10 after office hours.

No help what’s so ever
Will not use this company again!
Will have to refuse delivery and loose my £10 postage charge or take the £10 piece out I don’t need and post it back!

Customer services goes along way when your after repeat business!!!
