Brilliant service from them, prompt delivery and great products. When I had to change my design there was no problem returning products for a refund - great customer service, and I'd happily use them again.

Well priced materials and excellent customer service. There was an issue with unavailability of stock not showing on the website, so my order didn't arrive when expected. However the company bent over backwards to put this right and ensured that what started as a disappointing experience was turned into a very positive one. Definitely recommended, both on price and customer service.

Good quality product, Timely delivery (given the world we live in today!) and excellent customer service demonstrated by the delivery driver - would recommend.

Placed my order online which was accepted, the order was then given to my nearest GAP Plastics branch who said they won’t deliver to my area, I asked for a refund and was told they didn’t know how to do that as I ordered online, eventually received refund 3 weeks later with no explanation what so ever, avoid at all costs!!

Ordered a whole host of gutter parts after lunchtime yesterday (Thursday) and it had arrived by 10:30 the next day even though the website suggested I'd get it Monday. So super quick delivery and all pieces present. Have to say I'm very happy as I can get started at the weekend.

If I could give no stars I would, such bad customer service,
To be far the guttering and fascia boards turned up very quickly, only I was missing a box of fittings, brackets,screws, sealant etc.
So apparently the delivery company lost it.
I have chased and chased and no one cares, apparently I live 2 hours from the depot so they cant send it by their owns transport as it would cost too much, so send it by courier!!, so they're now thinking about doing that, only that will take another 3-5 days, in the meantime I`m paying for scaffolding.
wish I never brought anything from this company, also wish I had checked their reviews.

No answer on the 'Customer Service' telephone.
No reply to any emails sent to Customer Service

Avoid this company - Clueless!

Purchased some fascia boards as they had a quick guaranteed delivery date. They didn’t arrive on the day of delivery, so I called. They said part of the order wasn’t in stock so it was probably going to be a week or so later. I then asked if there was a plan to communicate this with me at all, they responded “we only find out when the customer calls”. Sounds like a very interesting business model. No apology. Not the service you need for this type of product. Most definitely do not recommend. Infuriating. Ended up getting a refund. They was their best part if the service. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible customers service! Better find an alternative supplier! No email replies, no one answer the phones. Had to wait nine days to find out they have no sufficient stock. No one ever bothered to email/phone me to let me know.
