30 Day back guarantee is a joke I’ve been asking since 12th August !! Many emails sent and the same answer back stating -sorry for the wait I will get onto the refund dept. Do not buy !!!

To repeat what everyone else has said. Avoid at all costs. Appalling quality, take ages to arrive and the soles are so slippery you will be lucky if they don't kill you. Am thinking of framing a pair as a reminder of what happens when you don't check Trustpilot first. Sadly, not even fit for a charity shop so of no use whatsoever.

Bought numerous pairs of shoes all in my shoe size. They arrived and they are all different sizes despite being labelled as my size. The material is cheap and nasty and the stitching is appalling. Paid £30 each but honestly, I wouldn't pay anything for them if I had known the quality was this bad.
Obviously asked for a refund for them all and was happy to pay return postage in the UK but guess what? They are based in CHINA, what a shock!
The "customer service" team draw out their responses, making you wait days at a time and keep offering a partial refund or they say they will send out a 'free' replacement pair of shoes if I cover the £9 postage.... yeh right, for more substandard shoes? No. Just no.
Honestly wish I had looked on Trustpilot before placing my order.
Scam company selling the most awful shoes I have ever seen. Returns not possible unless you want to spend another £15 you will never see again. Save your money and AVOID!!

Do not trust this website. I got shoes which cost £35 but they look they're worth £5.The upper part of the shoe looks like it was made of paper. It's a scam!

Terrible! I bought 3 pairs of shoes on a greatly discounted price for £80. I wouldn't pay £5 for the lot at a boot market!!! They said they were great for feet etc.
It looks like children glued them together, no foot protection. I don't think I dare send them to a charity shop.
No invoice, or label, so no chance of return.
If I could give them a 0 star rating I Iwould.

I ordered cotton blend dungerees, but was sent cheap 95% polyester and 5% spandex dungerees. They were a present for my daughter…..but I would feel embarrassed giving these to a charity shop.
When I contacted them they stated that I could return them, but I would have to pay for this myself, as they don’t pay for returns.
And only offer a small refund!!
So please be warned.

Scam company, selling substandard items.
Make out they are UK based when in fact they are based in China.
Return guarentee on the website is a lie. They request returns are sent to China at own expense. The contact address on website is clearly London.

Avoid this company at all costs, unless you like wasting money on substandard, not as described items.

Ordered pair dungarees terrible quality suppose to be adjustable straps they were not material was so cheap nothing like picture waited two weeks for these came from china don't use this company total scam

What a rip off. They say full refund within 30 days but what they mean is that you have to pay for the return to CHINA and do all the customs paperwork am assuming even then there would be issues. This tactic is meant to discourage you from doing it. Instead I am getting a 15% refund and the shoes I will give to charity. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered from this website and money was deducted from bank account. Did not receive confirmation email or order number. Unable to track the order or contact company other than trying to email them again.

Dreadful company. Ordered a pair of dungerees. They were advertised as a soft cotton but when they arrived they are 100% polyester. And not well made either. Tried to get hold of company but absolutely zero response. So I can't send them back as no return address included. AVOID THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE. If I could have left zero stars I would.

Scam site….. ordered a sweatshirt thinking it was genuine, it was a very poor quality fake, sent from China. Trying to get a response from the company to return…. Heard absolutely nothing. Do not make the same mistake… avoid this company… they are not genuine.
