I bought 2 pair of sandles one pair rubbish.ive made a complaint they asked what i wanted.i said refund but nothing.i will keep trying.

this company need taking down the sooner the better, like a lot of people i didn't read the reviews when i bought sandals for my wife, well I've certainly learned a lesson,took 3 weeks to be delivered could smell the glue before we opened the cheap plastic wrapper, had to score them 1 star to progress with the review otherwise I'd score them minus 5 stars, do not order anything from this Chinese company using a British name you might as well give the money to a charity. OMG. THE WORST! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolute trash. Item took forever to arrive, packaged in ziplock bags, nastiest work as the sandals have glue sticking over edges and crooked stitches. Cheapest trash I’ve ever paid for. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS JUNK SELLER. Their items are in China, that right there says it all. I should have listened to my gut but my mama liked the sandals so I got them for her. Worst mistake of 2026. As these are online thugs not sure they can be taken down, probably based in China. Do not let that name victory London fool you. Hopefully people read these comments before they make the same mistake I did.

I completely agree with all the previous reviews. I thought it is from London so quality must be good but utter disappointment.

Awful shoes. Quality shocking. Arrived, I would absolutely not wear, no way were they originally £140. Now for sale at £40. I thought quality would be great. No so. To return you need to pay postage to China, or they offer you to keep them and they refund 20% of purchase price. I negotiated a bit but knew this was going nowhere so eventually accepted. Shoes went in the bin and I got about & £15. Victory London, the brand name does not reflect the awful low quality- honestly you won’t wear their brand when it arrives

To anyone who has more sense than me and reads the reviews first, my overwhelming advice is don't buy from these people. I brought ergonomic sandals. I followed their online size guide. When the sandals eventually arrived they were too small. I contacted them and they said I could keep the sandals and for £5 towards postage I could get a bigger pair. Second pair arrive and..... they were exactly the same size. So I contacted them and they offered me a 50% refund and I could keep both pairs. Well, some weeks later no refund. DON'T USE THEM.

I kept seeing adverts for the orthopedic sandals on my phone and eventually ordered a pair but like so many other people I didn’t read any reviews. The company name made me think they were London based, how wrong I was!
I have now learnt three things, what sounds too good to be true usually is too good to be true, secondly don’t buy online from an unknown company and most importantly read reviews.
The sandals were too narrow so as far as quality was concerned I didn’t inspect them closely. As for returning them for a full refund I wasn’t aware they had come from China and what it would cost me to return them.
I have decided to cut my losses and opt for their pathetic 15% refund. I certainly would not recommend Victory London to anyone. Buyer beware!

I don't do reviews normally, but I was so appalled at their return policy that I felt I should warn other potential customers. Their warehouse is in China so you've to pay your own return fee, plus shipping and customs fee, which is very expensive and they know that! I had a lightweight pair of sandals that would've cost ££20 to return without shipping or customs fees. The sandals cost me £29.95 so not worth returning. Also their advert said they were adjustable to suit any size of foot, NOT TRUE, they weren't wide enough. I opted for 20% offer of refund which I'm waiting for, leaving me £23 out of pocket. Yes they offered me an exchange but you have to pay another £5 for posting and no guarantee of them being a better fit, so I decided to cut my losses and will NEVER use them again. I actually wouldn't give them any stars at all, so disgusted at their misleading advert and return policy.

Do not buy, no matter what they offer! Very poor quality and overwhelming smell of glue. I asked for a refund/return and they offered 50% refund so no need for return costs. They say they have sent the payment and ask you to close the case. The refund doesn't ever arrive and if you pay by PayPal you are not protected. I didn't do my research and they are definitely not based in London!! Keep your money for another day and don't pay these scammers.

This company is worse than zero stars. It is a sham business masquerading as a UK based company yet all goods are sent from China.
Any returns have to be met by the customer including tracking, customs clearance etc, this can take ages.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not get fooled into advertising and offers eg. a pair of shoes sold for £29.99 after discount actually cost around £1 to make as such cheap materials used, poor stitching and glued areas coming apart before wear.

Do not buy anything from Victory London, scam company, utter rubbish and you cannot get your money back. Keep away from it!!!

I Would have given (-100) if possible. Makes out it's a company/shop. Advertise shoes that are orthopaedic (not). Shoes came after delay and were defective very poor quality elastic straps coming away from shoe edge. Contacted them straight away and was told to send pictures and they would send to another department. Was then ignored for over a week. When I requested again a full refund was told they had sent me another pair. When told them I do not want another pair just want a refund was eventually told to send them at my cost to a very confusing address in China all cost paid by me and I had to pay all import and handling fee. But they then said I could keep them and they would refund me 20% back. Total con why would I want to keep something that's defective because they give me a few quid off. How are these people still allowed to trade just ripping off people. Avoid at all cost. If you get poor quality or defective things from this or cole and harrison (same corporation) please dispute this with your bank i have just got my money back as their bank (probably in china) didnt dispute the claim. By the way cole and harrison say free returns but then give same email and then you have to send back to China. Same thing sistrow of London all the same say based in London but when you look into it more returns to China only.

Ordered 3 pair of 'comfortable' sandals in a UK size 6. When they came they did not fit, as they were EU sizing, which aren't the same. Also, cheap and tacky, not comfortable at all.

Attempted to return them for full refund (as stated on their website), but after much to and froing eventually accepted 40% refund, as costs to return to China would have been more anyway (shipping and customs). Did not realise that this company was not UK based and took screenshots of all the relevant pages on shipping and returns and nowhere was this mentioned.

When I complained and asked them to state where it was clearly stated, they provided a link (after several days) to the page that had been changed to include the China location, and stated it has always been there. This is not the case, and I have multiple screenshots taken before the change to prove it.

So a dishonest company, avoid at all costs and tell everyone else to avoid.

This is not a UK company as you are led to think! It's another Chinese scam. The sandals arrived eventually - far too small and of poor quality. The company indicates that to get a refund the sandals must be sent back to China!! Would cost about £80.
They sent the wrong size but I must be penalised for THEIR error. Is this how business is done in China? No thanks. I'm reporting them to ALL the relevant authorities in order to have them investigated..

SHOP ELSEWHERE! Firstly, the quality of the products are quite poor. Secondly, you have to pay for your refunded item to be sent to China which includes customs and handling. Alternatively, they will refund you 20% of the price you paid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not use. The easy return means posting back to China! They advertise the sandals as orthopaedic, but they offer no support, barely a raised arch and are of very poor quality.

If I could have scored less than 1 star I would!! This company is a total scam. The sandals I received were absolutely awful-nothing like in the advert-unwearable. I requested to return them and was told I needed to send back to China which would have cost a fortune, or I could have a ‘full 20%’ refund.
This company is an absolute disgrace and should be reported to Trading Standards!
