I ordered a pair of sandals for my wife and when they eventually arrived the straps were too short meaning they were unwearable. I was told I would have to pay to send them back to China for a full refund which was clearly not practical and the best they could do was give me a 20% discount which we reluctantly accepted. They look as though they are UK based but they are not. Do not use this company.

The shoes I ordered were advertised as orthopaedic. In the photo they looked really nice. When they came they were nothing like that. The most ugliest uncomfortable shoes I have ever had. Beware, I was scammed. I thought that they were coming from London, but no, they are made and come from China. Avoid this company!!!

This is a total scam company who give the impression that they are a British firm. Nowhere in their advertising do they say they are a Chinese outfit.
Ordered sandals but they are unwearable with a velcro strip about an inch long so will never do up. Never seen such rubbish.
Refused full refund unless I send them back to China and pay costly postage.
Have now referred to my credit card for chargeback.
This company should be closed down.
Think I'll write to Martin Lewis!

I was taken in by the their sham website which gave the impression they were a British company. Sandals arrived after ten days, wrong size and cheap looking. I asked for a refund and was, like others, given an address in China. Returning was going to be costly. I was offered 15% of the total cost and to keep the sandals, then it was upped to 20%. I contacted my credit card company but because I hadn't attempted to return the goods they closed the case. I live and learn and have had to write this sum of money off.
BEWARE!

Bought a pair of Orthopaedic sandals which looked alright in the photographs but when they arrived they are rubbish quality. Probably worth no more than £5, I can imagine them being for sale on Temu. Extremely lightweight but would still cost £25 to return to China. Despite the name Victory London they have no address in England. Wish I'd looked on here before buying! Never again!! AVOID this company!!

Not sold as seen. Cheap sandals thin straps and soles already separating from base. Slight delay on receiving goods. Confusion regarding who was the named courier. Strange back and forth with 'support team' when I asked for a refund. Return address an apartment in China. Refund offers varied from 15% -40% as long as I paid for shipping and customs...absolutely not.
A scam, AI generated facade. Avoid this site.

Sandals made in China should have cost £5 but advertised as Ortho comfy lightweight sandal for £29.99.
Took weeks to come, too narrow, would cost £20 postage back to China or they offer a 20% refund.

Not based in London as the company name suggests. Only in China. I ordered a pair of ' leather' sandals, paid £40. When they eventually arrived they were rubbish quality and way bigger than the size ordered. When I enquired about returning them, the company tried to put me off. Eventually I got a return address out of them but that's when I discovered it was China and I would have to pay the postage cost. I wasn't happy doing this. So the company then said I could have a replacement pair in a smaller size for an extra £5, a d keep the original pair to ' give to a friend'. Reluctantly I agreed to do this. When the 2nd smaller pair arrived, they did actually fit, but they took are rubbish quality.
Avoid this company at all costs!.

I ordered orthopaedic sandals in white on 5th July and they arrived on 17th July. Twice I had an email asking me to bear with them for the delay.

In the photograph of them on their website, they look like leather sandals. In fact they are cheap ,tacky and plastic looking, also not white but cream. The crossover style on the instep is in fact 3 thick elastic strips that cross over each other, so again they look tacky. They are held together by velcro strips. My feet are by no means a wide fit, but I have trouble getting the velcro to stick. I would return them, but I understand I have to pay shipping costs to China.
A word if warning do not buy from this Company. Very poor product.

I ordered two pairs of sandals they did not fit when I enquired about sending them back they gave me an address in China to expensive to return they then offered me 15% refund which I accepted rather than be totally out of pocket, subsequently found them on Amazon at third of price, they are overpriced and poor quality and do not order from this company total rip off they should be referred to trading standards

I did eventually receive my sandles in a plastic bag after contacting victory , the quality is very poor , they are wearable but very definitely not worth the price . The velcro is visible and white on navy strapes.. I would never have bought them had I seen them first . Very poor quality. No shoe box , no proper wrapping. The colour was correct and the elastic strapes are comfy .

Agree with previous comments. Very poor quality and not up to the standard advertised. For orthopaedic shoes very, very unsafe.
Company doesn't respond to email etc when seeking a return as they advertise.

This company has taken my money but no goods arrived I have emailed them and tried to call but no response. I have contacted my bank as I am reading about fraud with this company

It is a Chinese rip off.
I bought a pair of sandals that took over a week to arrive. They were cheaply made and far too wide for my feet. I requested a returns label & refund. I was told to return them to China at my expense for full refund or keep the sandals & they would refund 15% of the value to me. What a rip off. I am now completely out of pocket and stuck with a pair of unusable sandals.

Answered their advert on Microsoft images for wide fit sandals, realised it was a Chinese rip off two days later and the company are not UK based. Sandals arrived soles too narrow and slack strapping. I had paid £34.95 on my credit card. Positively dangerous for me to wear. Asked for a refund and was told they must be sent tracked mail to China cost £15.70! Refund was to be 20%! After several days of e mails they upped this to 30% but still with return. I ran out of patience and told them I would not waste any more time but was referring it to my card provider. Lo and behold they caved in and I now have a full refund to my account. Persistence pays off but I shall be very wary in future. Other companies involved with this scam are I believe Libre London and Cole and Harrison both website are virtually identical to Victory London. Incidentally the sandals I received are on Temu for £6.30, those I still have will go in my next charity bag and will hopefully benefit someone.

This company needs a minus number of stars. Do not waste your money they do not deliver and impossible to get your money back ! Their site needs taking down’ so come on you internet guardians let’s destroy them.

Don’t buy from this company. The product isn’t rubbish and the returns policy says.

“Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable”

BUT THEY DONT MENTION RETURNS TO CHINA. The shoes will be small and poor quality and you will be out of pocket. Save your money !!!
