I emailed Fashionable Canes with a minor complaint, and Kate responded immediately. As soon as she understood exactly the problem, she not only replaced my cane, but even replaced it with a higher quality product, and would not let me pay the difference. I am very impressed with customer service at Fashionable Canes!

These walking sticks are poor quality copies of UK Neo Walk who work hard for the disabled commnity. I feel bad for them being copied, colours, shapes the lot. They've even jumped on the MS collab Neo Walk did and are copying that. I bought a obsidian helix light up from Fashionable Canes. It does not light up and came with weird marks all over it. Can't get the rubber bottom off. I wrote to them asking for a refund but told no. Customer service was terrible, te mail I got back was so rude. Honestly don't know how this company has stayed in business. AVOID AVOID

This cane was a gift for my husband. He was extremely excited to get it and is even more excited to strut around town with it. The cane is so lightweight and the craftsmanship is beyond belief!!! Love the carbon fiber material! I even made a small mistake with the engraving and they are correcting my error for free with no questions asked. Shipping was quick and the 10% discount was a wonderful bonus

This Cane & accessories are EVERYTHING I could have hoped for🥰. I have EDS which is represented by Zebra striped ribbon. I saw the "Obsidian Helix" with the offset Q handle, and just fell in love. Just arrived today and the standing base option was available, as well as black satin chain wristband to fit. Honestly I love it more in person 🤩 than I did in the photos. It's got the Zebra stripe Vibes all through the inside of the clear shaft and paired with black base satin wristlet it is absolutely Stunning✨️!
It is so much more beautiful AND classy, in person than you can possibly imagine in photos. Not to mention it can literally go with & match pretty much Anything & Everything...
Definitely will be ordering from FashionableCanes again soon for a few accessories for my Other cane. But as of now, I'm more than pleased! And I can't wait to get to show off my new, by my side, All-day Everyday "Zelix"🦓 (I already named it, lol) and Sure to be telling everyone about your company and awesome customer service, vs the previous company that I had tried working with and paid 300$ for one stick, after conversion rates, only to receive the wrong handle & unless I Paid to send it back, to get the stick I ordered replaced & corrected...

Because this beauty is bound to get tons of questions and comments. N2m American made, affordable, and excellent customer service. Blows the rest out of the water, and will surely be getting you alot of referrals, as I had with previous company I delt with, but most found prices too much... due to conversion rates & shipping costs. The entire hospital knows about them now, but FashionableCanes will definitely get more traction as the ordering, pricing, and quick delivery, customer service will certainly quickly become the all-time go-to for gorgeous canes, all accessories possibly need and quality service for the whole hospital.
So if available or possible Please Send me some Business Cards 🙏 to hand out! And Do-Not-Ever get rid of StyleStix (lucite canes in general in different colors or designs) and the plethora of different cane accessories (to customize & tailor to each individuals needs and/or style.) Because that's what everyone loves and is looking for! Walking aides that you can customize to fit your personality, style, but also cover any particular needs (ie.a Base instead of typical Tip on mine due to my vertigo, pots, and tremors.) Plus it stands alone, so I won't have someone yelling "ARE YOU OKAY!?" Everytime my cane would slide down the wall or whatever, and falls on the floor, yay finally❣️

They had what I was looking for it was very educational and insightful as to what their product was the company seems to be nice inappropriate they seem to be on point as far as sending out their shipments I have not yet received my shipment but they're following it quite well I enjoy the fact that they send me messages of the tracking to keep me informed of when I'm going to get my shipment and the rapid response to my messages
And they've also been very helpful at answering my questions
