It's not the first time I've ordered from this company, but it is the first time I had a small issue. A black men's cane for my husband was scratched and the silver below was showing through. Customer service quickly responded and mailed out a replacement within the hour. They stand behind their products and I highly recommend them for anything you purchase!

Great product. The canes are very sturdy and made from premium materials. Not only are they sturdy, they look amazing. Both of my canes are bright!! I get compliments everywhere I go!! Customer service is so amazing!! They respond quickly and they are very helpful!!

My original purchase was in January of 2020 - a Black Ash Fritz. I had been diagnosed with a progressive neurological disorder and balance was becoming an issue. My doctor recommended (strongly) that I start using a cane. Six years later my trusty "steppin' out" companion is showing the scars and marks of daily service. And it has now become time for me to use a cane just getting around in the house. I decided to get a new "steppin' out" companion (that doesn't look quite so traveled) - this time an Oak Fritz - and move my long time friend to an easier stay-home life. Of course, I came back to Fashionable Canes. It is because of your product quality and service. Sorry to say, but it is the truth, that this will probably be my last purchase from you. So a heart felt "THANK YOU!" is in order.

I had many questions about the weight of the cane and the wood material to use, and each question was answered promptly and completely. Those responses were followed up by an email asking if I needed any further help and if they had done all they could for me. The quality of the cane is wonderful. This is a company I would easily recommend to anyone.

There is such a wide variety of canes and the option to have wooden and carbon canes cut to the right length is wonderful. Very responsive to email questions. My only problem with these folks is there are so many canes and it's hard to justify buying more! Really want to try the clear cane...that's next on my list.
