Fashionable Canes Avis 

Arrived a lot quicker than expected, especially given im in the UK. No extra charges at shipping. I emailed them first to make sure it would be with me by Christmas and its arrived a month before. I ordered the carbon fibre cane and its fine. My daughters going to ne so excited (its a copy of the Flame cane from House MD tv programme)

It's exactly like the one my dad had. It's very stylish, and had a comfortable grip. I love it!

I have been a Fashionable Canes customer for years. I’m not even sure how many Canes I have purchased. Most of those Canes are still used, I have various Canes for different situations. The quality is top notch, I’ve had 2 Cane handles come slightly lose, no cracks, breakage, fading, and I get compliments all the time. I have been partial to the twisted shaft colorful woods. They look incredible, but not only do they look great they also work great. These Canes are strong and you have a huge variety.

I called for changes on an order that I placed and was immediately greeted with a warm, friendly attitude. The lady who helped me easily located my order and updated the changes. Very satisfied.

I needed my order to have expedited shipping and this company came through with managers jumping in to get it done.

The representative was professional and timely addressing my issue.

I had been struggling for a while to replace the ferrule of my new cane. I reached out and they were quick, kind, and helpful. Some of the best customer service I've received.

I have ordered three canes from Fashionable and one had a problem. First thing they said was let me check the warranty and do you have a picture of the damaged one. Immediately sent them a picture and minutes later they were sending me a new one. NOW THATS SERVICE!!!

I initially called FC because I am a 1st time cane user & ordered the wooden handled Bahama Leaf. I love the feel of the wooden handle vs a harder molded handle. My daughter-in-law insisted the handle was 'plastic' so I came home and called FC. James answered. We spoke for a while. (James gets an A++++ for listening. I worked in geriatrics for decades & can tell when I'm being ignored.) He had me laughing when he used an electrical saw to cut into the handle of a defective cane, immediately emailing 2 close-up photos so I could see the wood grain. I laughed so hard I couldn't breathe, lol. I then sent the photo to my daughter-in-law who also got a chuckle. I don't like being treated as if my age (68) equates with diminishing brain cells, which happens more often than not. James did not treat me like I was stupid, which I appreciated. He also explained how the wooden handle was finished to created the smooth feel.
Note: I actually purchased more than one cane because I have poor balance. So, I decided why not more than one cane and have some fun? So I am. ;-D

The canes are beautiful and Customer Service excellent when one was lost by the shipping company. Would definitely use again and highly recommend this company

The canes are a great quality and perfect for my large frame. I’m 6’5” and weigh 330. I have never had a problem with any of the 3 canes I have purchased! I received exactly what I ordered!!! I’d recommend them highly!!

I made a mistake and when I realized I could make it longer with the button. I used it today and enjoyed it. The person who got back to me did so quickly. Very impressed.
