Awesome products, I got the Zap Cane and it's really cool! The shipping was very fast, the communication was flawless, and the quality of the material is fantastic. Fashionable Canes is a trustworthy company, reputable, and delivers as promised.

The company provided sizing instructions. I used 2 of the suggested approaches and had my husband help me with measurements. Then I ordered my expensive cane. It arrived way too short. They won't give me my money back and charge a restocking fee for an exchange only. Plus, I thought the design covered the full cane, but it covers only the top. The cane is too light to support me. Go to the local pharmacy for a better quality cane at a much cheaper price.

I get compliments EVERY time I use the beautiful chrome-plated wolf's head cane I bought from you a few years ago, but it's to the point now that I have to use a cane constantly, so it's time to start adding to my collection. The ONLY problem is which FANTASTIC artisan-carved cane to order first!

Excellent range of products. Have bought different types from FC, and each one has been very high quality, and better than any other canes bought elsewhere. Customer service is excellent, from the free custom sizing offered to the chat and after-sales help. All round, an excellent company to buy from.

My cane arrived in perfect condition (packed by Rhian). I was worried about the quality, but this is made of substantial materials. Only one small point is unfortunately it does not have the brass tip, but the rubber one will probably be more useful. However, it is beautiful and will get used.

The website was very clear and easy to understand, and my order came quickly and as advertised. I'm in Canada, and I did have to pay duty, but that's not the companies error. Also, their emails went to junk, so it was me who had problems - they were great.

I had forgotten to put a size on my cane order, and emailed customer support. They responded back the next day, a Sunday. Great customer service. I haven't yet gotten the cane, so I will update later.

I messed up on my order by failing to put discount code on order...notified company and they immediately adjusted my account and allowed the discount and special gift to be sent to me...will order more canes in the future...

Arrived a lot quicker than expected, especially given im in the UK. No extra charges at shipping. I emailed them first to make sure it would be with me by Christmas and its arrived a month before. I ordered the carbon fibre cane and its fine. My daughters going to ne so excited (its a copy of the Flame cane from House MD tv programme)
