Returned this item to fashionable for a refund . Item was received and notification given that refund would be processed in 3 to 5 days. It has been almost 10 days and I'm still waiting for my refund of over $250. There is only 1 person answering the phone and the logistics of how this business works is ridiculous. It seems there may not be more than 2 or 3 employees total so if you're looking for anything timely customer beware. I certainly would never do business with him again.

Thank you for your fast service, I received my cane in 3 days! It is everything I had hoped for; extra long, adjustable and swirl palm-grip. Also advertised under scratch and dent, which I could not find anywhere on the cane! Thank you!
I have been looking for a longer cane for some time, it helps me stand up straighter! Also like being able to adjust down to carry in the car, etc!
I highly recommend this cane!

I purchased the Glorious Gardens cane and was absolutely appalled at how cheaply it was made. It bent when I applied even a little weight, and I'm within their 180lbs limits. The handle is small and plastic,and the cane is very thin!
I've purchased many canes and never seen such poor quality. I bought another for half the price, and it was a much better quality all around.
Returns, know you won't even get your money for the cane back. They charge $10.95 return fee!
Worst product, and experience ever. Don't waste your money! Horrible product! Rip off returns!

I lost my product because they shipped to the wrong country and in that country the product was illegal against sword and I am left with the Debt 169 euros because customs in that UK not Ireland said the product was illegal in their country not my country, they proceed to say it's my fault how does that work. If I lived in China and centre package to Japan how does that work where is the sense . Affirm run by idiocracy

I purchased an acrylic cane in late August 2021 and it broke in half September 2022. I barely had it for one year and the handle broke completely off when I was far from home and unable to secure a replacement. For anyone like me who requires a cane to get from point A to point B, this can pose a dangerous situation.

I do not recommend this product!

The company refused to replace it or acknowledge the situation this put me in.

It’s a scam. I got online to order a cane for 19.95 and was offered free custom engraving. So I thought “cool that will be a nice touch.” However when I looked at my cart I felt like the order summary was confusing and I couldn’t tell if I had correctly gotten the engraving done. But the price in my shopping cart still said $19.95. So I confirmed the order. However when the order arrived all we got was the brass plaque. And by the time we paid taxes and shipping and handling we ended up spending $31 for a thin piece of brass about the size of a quarter. The company was of no help when I emailed them with my issue and said I was welcome to buy another cane. They will not be getting any more of my money and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else spending money there either.

Hi This is Harpreet Singh based out in India, got this Ras ul Gul cane sword from, must say finishing and overall product is fantastic quality. Overall experience has been good as it was delivered nicely packed and arrive before time.
Can you believe this product is manufactured in India by Windless but is not available for sale in India. I had to go half way around the globe to get it.

fast service. Better than advertised

The blue top of cane was supposed to be blue see through. It was solid blue color which was not what was expected.
