I have orders befor first time was great after that shocking
I have orders many times
First one was great 👍 so I orders again only one of my sheets came , called explained and waited 24 hours for them to look into it, they didn’t print the second one however all sorted ✔️ and arrive next day
Then made another order over £70 and the order came fast however with in an hour opening the parcel I contacted them due to some of the deisgns flaking off and just poor quality, after contacting them via multiple places they finally answers me on WhatsApp,
Sent photos and explained what’s it is , the said it was me cutting it , explained how can I cut in the middle of the design ?
Then they said it’s because I must of knocked it … again Iv not touched it except taking it out the box ,
I explained Iv used DTF for over 3 years I know what I’m taking about , this is a manufacture fault not mine.
I said I didn’t want a refund but just a replaced the ones that have flacked,
Now iv ok not even getting a replied just being ignored, I need to get my orders out so now I’m out of picked and No DTF.
So if you do see this please either replace or refund!

Excellent hassle free first order.
My first order was hassle free, straightforward and arrived very quickly. The ordering process and tools to upload images to and arrange the DTF sheets were easy to use. The quality of the printed items appears to be very good, with strong colours making them an excellent reproduction of the original artwork. Time will tell how long they last and stand up to being weathered, but my overall impression is very good, with a fast and efficient service with quality prints that were easy to use. I will be using them again.
