First order went okay - after that not so!
First order went okay, so placed a 2nd order which sadly did not live up to expectation. The print arrived with a gritty white powder residue on it which we had to brush off. This resulted in an allergic reaction for both operatives doing this, something we have never seen before when handling properly cured and packed DTF print. On unrolling the film it was clear that in some areas the ink was not properly adhered to the film, easily peeling off and being unusable to apply to garments. Photo proof to supplier resulted initially in some waffle about small size print (of no relevance at all as the graphics that had failed to adhere were in some cases 6-7mm wide), then an email suggesting when dealing with small images we 'be careful' !! Photographic proof of peeling prints and allergic reaction sent via email but they refused to resolve unless film received back with them. As we have customers to satisfy, the print was re-ordered from a reputable source so that we could get the jobs done for our customers without too much of a delay, and certainly not a number of days as their suggested action would have caused. Repeated back and forth email with them did nothing to change their course of action or even accept that they might have had a film or ink/curing issue.

We are sorry this customer feels disappointed.
We categorically reject that any uncured or contaminated product left our facility. We ship thousands of metres of DTF weekly using certified film, ink and powder systems, with no similar reports from this production batch. All materials used are safety certified by our suppliers and compliant for professional garment decoration.
When concerns were raised, we responded promptly and requested the affected sheets be returned so we could carry out a proper quality control inspection. This is standard procedure for any commercial supplier. The customer declined to return the goods and chose instead to reorder elsewhere.
Without receiving the product back for inspection, it is not possible to determine the cause.
We stand by our quality control processes and our offer to investigate.

Brilliant company and fast delivery
I contacted Fast DTF for some advice about a design I had for a flag. I sent the design and asked them to remove the background and enlarge the image to print onto a 2ft x 3ft polyester flag. They were fantastic and did exactly what I asked. They sent me a mock up of how it would look. It was just what I wanted. I ordered 5 copies, paid the invoice, they did the business then dispatched the gang sheet which arrived next day. I was over the moon with the results. I can whole heartedly recommend FastDTF for thier expert help and super quick service. Well done to all that took the time to help me out. I will definitely be using them again and recommend to anyone wanting DTF to contact them. You won't be disappointed.
