Really impressed.
I've used many DTF companies now, and FAST DTF came up on Facebook so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm glad I did! Really precise printing, I only ordered 1 sheet to begin with as I'm always hasty about trying new companies, but I'll definitely be sticking with them.

We’re sorry the delivery didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion. As mentioned, orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is a next-day delivery aim rather than a guaranteed service.
We did follow this up with you directly via email, and we’re glad we were able to resolve things by offering store credit, which you’ve since used on a new order. Thank you for giving us another chance, it really is appreciated.

Do not dispatch and continually lie
UPDATED FOLLOWING FastDTF's reply:
As of 08:25 21 January the tracking number AS341110255GB has still NOT been received by Royal Mail. Royal Mail confirm Special Delivery items are scanned on collection and at every scan point following. No initial scan means it was not collected when the business said it was. It has been constant lies from the company instead of them admitting an error had been made. Refund has not been received.
Order number: FAST#121032
Order for 11metres placed Sunday 18th January at 19:44 and paid £15.50 for Royal Mail special delivery (next day before noon) shipping.
Company states same day dispatch for orders placed before 3pm.
Therefore dispatch expected Monday 19th January with delivery before noon Tuesday 20th January.
Email received at 17:08 on Monday 19th January informing me the order had been dispatched and included tracking number AS341110255GB.
It is now 12:30 Tuesday 20 January and tracking has not updated. I have spoken with my Royal Mail business account manager who has stated Royal Mail have not received that packet and therefore cannot deliver.
I have raised this with FastDTF who have provided a picture of my order boxed up but no proof of actual dispatch. They are not offering a solution and have stopped communicating.
This was my first order with this company and is shall certainly be the last and a Section 75 will be raised with the credit card company.

We’re disappointed to read this review and feel it’s important to clarify the facts for transparency.
Your order was produced, packed, and handed over to Royal Mail for collection on Monday, which was confirmed via our Royal Mail collection manifest. This is the recognised proof of dispatch available to a sender. Once a parcel is collected, any delay or lack of tracking updates is entirely dependent on Royal Mail’s internal scanning process and outside of our control.
A lack of tracking activity does not confirm non-collection, it only indicates that Royal Mail have not yet applied a scan. Royal Mail account managers are not able to verify or comment on the collection status of parcels belonging to third-party business accounts, they can only see scan activity within their own systems.
Despite this, we made every effort to support you, including:
• Reprinting your full 11 metres at our cost
• Preparing a replacement shipment for immediate dispatch
• Offering store credit as a goodwill gesture
Ultimately, to bring the matter to a close, we issued a full refund, which has been completed. It is also possible that the original or replacement shipment may still be delivered by Royal Mail.
At no point did we stop communicating, rather we provided clear resolution options. As a small, one-person business, we aim to act fairly, transparently, and reasonably, even when issues arise that are outside of our control.
We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations and wish you the best going forward.
