I received a cancellation email and needs to be confirmed within 10 minutes. I didn't click or confirm for booking but they still counted as a cancellation and didn't reactivate the account for the next search. Finally, they ignored my refund request with no response or reason. Don't waste money and time on this unprofessional and irresponsible company.

Do not use this company. Worst customer service - they don’t have contact only email which takes 48 hours to respond. It was over two weeks near to three and not ONE test option. Don’t ever use them! The customer assistant was rude and unhelpful that I spoke to via email.

I paid for unlimited tests searching services in June 2023. Up to now, I have received no test day searched for me. I emailed the company for a refund and there is no response though two weeks have lapsed. They do not respond to my email. Except for email, I don't know how to contact them.

Passing your driving test is stressful enough, you don’t need to add more pressure to find a suitable date and place for it, Fasterdrivingtest.co.uk does the leg work for you. They would send you cancellations matching your requirements. If the notice is really short (i.e the day before), they would expect you to accept it within 10mn. If the dates and place are matching your requirements and more than a couple of days ahead, they would just book it for you and send you an e-mail.
In my opinion, this service is worth every penny of the 15£. Thank you!!

I was really surpised when my test was automatically booked on my desired date.I will definitely recommend.

Really easy process to follow, I chose a set of test times I was happy with (avoided busy times such as school runs and rush hour) and literally within minutes I received a test date for 2 weeks time, bearing in mind my original test date was March 2024!

I think I got lucky with the the cancellation but still, money well spent and passed my test first time which was a bonus.

Money well spent, even if I'd failed, it's a great service and saves months on waiting for your test, especially during the current state of things with all the backlogs on tests.

I was in a hurry to book my practical test as soon as possible, but checking for available dates on the government website was impossible, especially with them all booked. It is now taking typically 4 - 6 months to book a driving test, and not always in the town you live in. I had a test booked for March, but then came across fasterdrivingtest. Within days of registering with them I received an autobooked (my choice to auto book) test for next Tuesday. Whether I pass or not I am so very grateful, and will definitely recommend them to my friends.
