Really poor
Initial comms were good. Got the job done in a reasonable time. Dug up the garden and patio which they had to do to complete the job but when they put it back they broke a paving slab and put in spoiled slabs when there were plenty of others to choose from. They didn’t finish the grouting on the slabs. Left concrete splashes all over my windows. Left a load of concrete at the foot of my step. Still there. When challenged they said well we said it might break slabs. Came back and did nothing. Still got no grouting in the tiles and had to remove the concrete from my windows myself. Still got concrete at the base of my step. Let themselves down

The company was good before they were rebranded. I hadn't shopped with them for a while so I didn't know they bought out by another company but getting Makita tools from here was good and they had so much variety and now a significant portion of Makita stuff they used to sell is no longer sold on the site since that has been replaced with random stuff from other brands

Found what I wanted on there site…
Found what I wanted on there site easily, they had it in stock and the price was good, ordered it there and then and it was delivered to my house within 24 hours and no delivery charge. Everything that should be in the box was there and neatly packed and undamaged. Very happy with there service have used them before and will use them again.

Great service as expected. FastFix were running a new warehouse inventory when I ordered but a quick call to the very helpful customer services confirmed when the item would be dispatched, it actually arrived sooner than expected. Good value, good product and helpful service. Thank you!

FASTFIX OFFICE ADDRESS IS NOT THE CORRECT ONE AND WHEN I WENT TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF THE REFUND, THEIR TEAM MENTIONED NOTHING WAS RECEIVED....
MY PARCEL IS NOW LOST WITHIN THE ROYAL MAIL SYSTEM AND CHALLENGING TO RESOLVE.
