Package arrived, no box the drill was just in a plastic bag , instruction manual was all screwed up and looked old . Would not buy again . Phoned and emailed to complain with no response.

4 weeks to the day to deliver an sds drill and case. Not even a complementary set of drill bits for inconvenience! Worst delivery I've ever experienced! Such a shame because I've used you many times. On top of that there was no contact unless I made the enquiry! Just shocking!

No communication after was placed. Payment was taken and no delivery. I had to contact Fastfix who then told me there had been a delay of 7-10 days. In fairness the delivery actually arrived sooner than 7 days, hence why I’ve given a 3 star rating and not lower. Ordered from Fastfix before with no issues, this was time was not so good.

asked twice when i would be getting my order which all items where showing as in stock both time blaming delay on moving premises then they just cancelled my order as the items where out of stock come on which is it out of stock or moving premises

seemed good value compared to rivals, ordered 4 drills and 2 impactors- offering free and quick delivery, had to chase after 5 days with no shipping notification, received the usual apologies.
received half the order after 10 days with a order cancelation for the other items (that went to my junk mail) no contact to explain - presume they didn't have the stock. I would advise order elsewhere

Have bought Makita kit from Fastfix previously. Needed a replacement drill driver great price & delivery the very next day!

The goods were showing in stock with this supplier when i placed the order.
Two days later when i called up to find out when the delivery would be with me. The order then gets canceled and refunded to my account.
Poor service due to lack of communication.
Now the job will not be able to get done on Monday as planned!!!
