The VPS is 100% good
The VPS is 100% good. Only if u don't need help to login to your vps. If u are new then you will face problem because their support is 3/10% in my opinion. They should help via live chat or calls. Or even use TeamViewer to help traders

Regret to hear this, as our VPS came with a knowledgebase which guide on setting up and logging in VPS can be found and guided through screenshots, as well as video guide was provided. The reason we not often help in setting up on behalf is, VPS often being used for personal, and some confidential purposes, setting up on behalf may not be a proper attempt as our employees definitely do not wish to hold on any responsibility of any breach of personal data, etc.
We are encouraging self-help based on guides provided and this is the best way to avoid any sort of conflict mentioned. Hope this clarifies, and we definitely wish that we are able to deliver the best service along with the lowest possible rate in the market. Cheers!

The service provider was recommended.
The recommendation was: it's reliable, it's efficient and best of all, very economic :-).
I am still experiencing the above, but would vouch for the person who recommended it. As they have been using the services for some time.
