Dear Ridwan, regret to see your feedback here, however we need to clarify, the purpose of VPS is for traders to keep their MT4 open 24/7 to allow auto-trading, but VPS does not execute trade. I believe it should be your auto-trading software/EA that is opening trades, thus we highly suggest you to check with your EA provider if there is any setting to be optimized. Have a great day!

Was very late in response and the vnc…
Was very late in response and the vnc viewer won’t load until 2 days. I requested for a cancellation and didn’t receive and they charged my card.

Hi Kanishka, regret on your dissatisfaction on our service, as per checked on your conversation record, our customer support had reply to your ticket in regards of the VNC issue, we have provide a guide to you on how to connect to your VPS using an existing Remote Desktop Connection application in a computer, along with guide on using a Microsoft Remote Desktop in the same guide.
Both these application/software are for the connection to a remote desktop, or a VPS. However there were no reply received from your end, the ticket was received on 2nd November at 01:43, while it was replied on 2nd November at 10:47.
Please be informed that your termination request has been done on the same day of your subscription which is on the 2/11/2023, however we did not received any further message from your end, as refund has to be requested as it is not automatically processed since it is a subscription, subscription means you are paying for the month of the service, while we are having a 5 days money back guarantee, which you can request for a valid refund request from our support team. There was no request received.
Also, since you have terminated the service on the same day itself, your service would not last for 2 days thus we are not quite sure about the point where you mentioned "vnc viewer won't load until 2 days"
Hope this clarifies everything, and kindly get back to our support team for further assistance.

Sometimes I can't entry in my VPS where I have my trading account as there is an internal error. This fact is important as sometime I have to do some adjustements and I can't for the access error.

For the mentioned issue, sometimes it could be due to remote desktop connection issue, leading to unable to connect to VPS.
We suggest our clients to always check with our support team when there is any issue encountered. As of now we have not receive any support ticket regarding this issue yet. Hopefully you can reach us so we able to assist further.
