My nightmare began when I met a so-called expert on Hinge discussing flash loan trading. My heart sank to my stomach. They fronted me 17.14 BTC to start. I deposited it, traded, and pulled out 27.2 BTC without a hitch. Hooked by the easy money, I was manipulated into investing $355,370 using a second mortgage. The fake profits ballooned to $1,779,034. When I tried to cash out $1,261,086, the trap sprang: a mandatory 8% tax clearance ($100,886). Blinded by the sunk cost, I paid it. But when they asked for an additional 16% wallet verification fee, the horrifying reality set in. I was being scammed. A financial advisor recommended a on-chain tracking firm (FiscopAdvisor LLC). They meticulously traced the BTC ledger to a decentralized mixer, isolated the scammer's fiat off-ramp, and managed to reverse the transaction.

Dealt with someone who was called William Howard. Reluctantly because I should have known better I sent $200 of CDN into ETH. Simply I never heard back from him once I sent the money. The communication was via WhatsApp. The number is ‪+1 (587) 804‑5711‬. Even it’s a different name or number don’t use them and save your money. They prey on people that are already victims

Nothing but a scam! You do not pay any upfront fees and after a few days, they will tell you that they recovered your money. Then they make you open a wallet to receive your money (i.e. Atomic Wallet). They will ask you to put some crypto in it (mine was 0.04BTC) as a requirement from AML. Now you are ready to receive your money however a withdrawal fee needs to be paid before (mine was $1500USD). After you send them the fee, you never hear from them again!!!!!! BEWARE!

I ask them to help me recover my assets from scam company.
We talked on phone some time.
They said they could recover all lost funds.
Now not answering my e mails and texts.
I call them and they disconnect me.
Not calling me also.
I sure they are also scam company.
Stay away from them.

I'm warning others not to trust Fast Refund Group as they appear to be scammers. My experience began with David Goldman, who assured me they could track my lost funds with a 99% success rate, but only if I paid them $8,000 upfront. After paying, I was assigned to Anna Katz, who collected my information and drafted complaint letters. However, she disappeared after several weeks, and I was unable to contact her or David. I was then assigned to Damien Lavizzo, who claimed to be working on my case, but after over a year, I've made no progress. I've lost over $150,000 and I'm now convinced that Fast Refund Group is a scam. I would give them a zero rating if possible. Their actions are disgusting, and I hope karma catches up with them.

Anyone who is considering hiring this company? Dust your feet and run. They are absolutely the worst! Even worse then payback ltd that got seized by the FBI. Fast Refund Group had no support whatsoever their service is illegitimate. I lost $85,000.00 to online scams I am also a part of the class action lawsuit against nova tech! I also lost over $7,000.00 now to this company who had scammed me and others! Their phone number is currently out of service and their email as well! Stay away from this company!I encourage anyone who has gotten scammed by Fastrefundgroup to file a complaint with IC3.gov Damian who was my case worker has blocked my emails! Michael Wayne is no where to be contacted! I also encourage everyone to also file with Federal trade commission and security exchange commission! Damien ignored me as well! We all need to get our money back! This is a black market company and is unregulated! Payback did more for me! Ik heb mij vorig jaar tot de Fast Refund Group gewend in verband met hulp in een oplichtingszaak en daarvoor een behoorlijk bedrag betaald. Afgezien van enkele concepten voor brieven die ik zelf ook had kunnen maken en die ik zelf moest versturen, hebben zij niets voor mij gedaan. En sinds een paar weken zijn ze ook niet meer te bereiken, noch telefonisch, noch via de email. Kennelijk is de Fast Refund Group zelf ook een oplichtersbende.

I can’t believe I got scammed again!!!, despite everything have gone through, they couldn’t even just tell me they can’t help me, but still scam me again, they took everything I have been gathering after I was scammed. With all my efforts trying to go back to school!!!, 🥺🥺🥺 and there email stop working the moment they got the money, I have proof of everything including our email conversation, just putting this here so people will see the scam u really are!!!.

They Happily took my money. Talked a big game about having a strong case.
Now i cannot get a response. Keep changing case managers. Cannot even get an email or reply. Very disappointed. Do not use these people

Don’t fall for their act! They are not the big firm they pretend to be, nor do they operate out of NYC. It’s doubtful they even operate out of the US. They will tell you that you have a good chance at recovering your funds in 30-90 days, and charge you a hefty retainer fee (Thousands!) but cannot recover a red cent! 6 months later and I’m not going to see a dime! Their letters to banks and financial institutions are a pitiful attempt and a waste of time! Banks and higher financial institutions do nothing. IC3 does nothing, except document the incident. Even with evidence, there is very little law enforcement can do. Scammers know exactly what they can get away with which is why they are running rampant!

I lost my savings to a fraudulent online store and didn’t think it was possible to get anything back. Fast Refund Group team recovered every cent. I’m so relieved and thankful.

They are neither fast, nor will you get a refund. The positive reviews are part of the scam. I went through 4 representatives. They repeated the same steps for over a year. Then they said “sorry our contract with you is finished, and it’s your fault for slow responses.” Slow responses - after 4 representatives doing the same thing and getting nowhere. They wasted time and more money. Definitely do not trust these scammers
I am a real customer: Mark Morra. Your service representatives had me repeat steps, and I had to do this several times with several different representatives. The process took well over a year despite me complaining about it. There is not a damn thing you guys are going to do about it other than say “thank you for your feedback.” if you really want to prove that you’re not a scam, send my money back that I paid you to waste my time.

Their service was efficient and thorough. Fast Refund Group made what seemed like an impossible task feel manageable. I’m beyond thankful for their expertise.

I was scammed out of thousands of AUD by Vortex Traders and contacted Fast Refund Group to see if they could recover my money. I was told it would be easy to recover the money. After 6 months with no money recovered I have been unable to contact them after mid October. They ignore any emails I send to them.
The Fast Refund Group I dealt with said they were located in the USA, not Australia. I can suppy the names of the people I dealt with if necessary.

This company are scammers just like Spreadexs that robbed us of $2 millions. We then engages Fast Refund Group and they promised us to recover our money, charged us $28,000 and have not recovered a penny. Service agreement was for 6 months, and six months is not passed yet, but we cannot get in contact with them nor will they answer our e-mails, nor can we get them on the phone. In fact when the agreement was signed Weslley (weasel) Wake gave us written e-mail stating that agreement of service will continue past 6 months until the matter is satisfactory completed or ended by mutual agreement. Yet after 5 1/2 months we have been left to our own devices, they would not do anything for us. Also told us lies at the beginning that they will perform recovery of our funds, then they changed it saying they cannot do this in Australia and we have to do it ourselves, they just gave us some advice. They are the same as scammers. I see that there are similar reviews on the Trust Pilot, and then they deny to know the person as well. We have all documentation regarding our engagement with them so if they say they do not know us they are lying again

These people are such a liars. I have umpteen numbers of correspondence with these scammers and receipts of money sent etc, Now they would not even answer my mail or phone calls, They are just as bad as scammers. I was very angry when I saw that Fast Refund Group denied that I was their customer! Not only am I their customer, I have been calling them all the time, since I signed the mutual agreement 27/05/2024.then The legal information they provided about the supervision of AFCA in Australia is wrong.I have sent two times letters to fast Refound group customer support section, no response to me either, I worked out now, they are scammer too. I don’t believe the any positive Reviews. They are lies, I have all the evidence.
