Easy to order & select, no issues with website to complete purchase. Great selection of clothes, choice of collection or delivery. Ease of collection, parcel in my hand within minutes, great service.

I used the new click and collect at…
I used the new click and collect at your Abergavenny store and apparently was the first customer to use it. The assistants were fantastic. I found this option so easy and convenient and will definitely do this again for my online purchases.

Fantastic customer service at local store
Tried to return an item to the store in Abergavenny but I had the wrong receipt. The sales assistant spent ages identifying my purchase on their system using my credit card as a reference and was able to give me a refund. She was super helpful and really made my day. Thanks Robyn!

Bought online a pair of denim trousers. Great quality but a size bigger. Went to the local shop to change them for a smaller size and the shop assistants were really great to help me. I do really like buying from FatFace.

My grandson worked there its nice quality and they are really helpful the last twice I bought o. Line because they were cheaper then in store, we have had a long relationship for my children aged 42 to 54, and my grandchildren aged between 10 and 26 one girl and 5 boys
