Very small store but even worse only one changing room

Clothes are great and easy pick up from store

Love my doggy jumper. Wouldn't pay full price but got it in the sale. Worth waiting for.

The member of staff (Frances)who dealt with my store pick up was very polite helpful and gave a warm greeting upon entering the store.

Decent choice, some good items in the sale too.

Had a lot of help from Frances when trying to decide what to buy, I felt spoilt for choice but she was great, stopping tidying the display of clothing to give me time and help me come to a decision.

I visited FatFace whilst visiting Alnwick for the day . I had no intention of buying anything and just wanted to browse . I was greeted by 2 lovely staff members who welcomed me into the store and asked if I needed any help . I explained I was just browsing and was left alone . At this point I had found a lovely fleece jacket that I loved and couldn’t resist and just fell in love with a casual dress too . One of the assistants , Julie was super helpful and advised me how I could wear the dress , casual or more dressed up . She advised me on sizing too but was never pushy at all . I would highly recommend this lovely store where the assistance are friendly, helpful and honest.

We visited the FatFace store in Alnwick on Thursday 24 July. We frequently visit this particular shop and are always greeted very graciously. On this occasion we were served by Lauren. She made us feel extremely welcome and engaged us in a very enjoyable and informative conversation about the importance of purchasing the correct type of sun glasses. It was a joy to have met her, and certainly made the purchasing of an expensive pair of glasses less painful. We will certainly be back to FatFace in Alnwick very soon!! Thank you Lauren!!

The shop in Alnwick is delightful. Full of lovely clothes laid out carefully, and easy to navigate. The people working there are helpful and attentive without making you feel obliged to purchase something or to hurry up and leave!

Website easy to navigate, collection at our local shop was easy and on time.My husband was very pleased with his TALL tshirts as he is 6ft 7 ins ,but a slim build. More extra long trousers and PJs and also longer length shorts please fatface and then we would be over the moon !!! I'm sure there is a market for this nowadays especially among rugby players etc !!!

Went in with my daughter for a browse. Ended up buying bobbles and a hat. Staff were very friendly. Especially lauren who served us. Very attractive not going to lie... My daughter wants me to go back and buy more bobbles.
