I am very pleased with my purchases. I will take them when I go on holiday in August. I just wanted to praise your Alnwick branch staff for being very friendly and helpful.

I have been buying clothes from FatFace…
I have been buying clothes from FatFace since they came to the market. I trust their products which are quality, and lasting, they also fit well. I buy online and also in store. I still have clothes that l bought years ago and they are still in good condition. The staff are always cheerful and helpful, they deserve the 5 stars, a great company

Excellent Service
Had a lot of help from Frances when trying to decide what to buy, I felt spoilt for choice but she was great, stopping tidying the display of clothing to give me time and help me come to a decision.
Very happy, you have a great team member there.

I visited FatFace whilst visiting Alnwick for the day
I visited FatFace whilst visiting Alnwick for the day . I had no intention of buying anything and just wanted to browse . I was greeted by 2 lovely staff members who welcomed me into the store and asked if I needed any help . I explained I was just browsing and was left alone . At this point I had found a lovely fleece jacket that I loved and couldn’t resist and just fell in love with a casual dress too . One of the assistants , Julie was super helpful and advised me how I could wear the dress , casual or more dressed up . She advised me on sizing too but was never pushy at all . I would highly recommend this lovely store where the assistance are friendly, helpful and honest.
