Banbury Store. Tricia today was friendly, very helpful and nothing too much trouble as she is every time I see her in the store. I’d also add that the level of service from all the staff is always excellent.

Just went into the Banbury store today. There is a Sale on so prices fantastic. Made two visits today, service was faultless/excellent, thanks to Trish on our 2nd visit and another lady on our 1st. Our favourite shop, can't wait to visit again. Thank you.

A great place to shop
This store is a great place to shop. The staff are so happy to help, the colouring corner for the kids is an excellent idea to keep them distracted whilst we shop, its an overall nice experience to go in there. I had an especially nice lady called Trish serve me the other day, she was extra kind. Thank you.

Brilliant customer service - it can still be done!
Visited FatFace at Banbury Gateway today. Served by Jordan who was enormously helpful in assisting getting a shirt size not out in the shop - searched through sacks of items just in and located just what we wanted. Very friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Jordan; elated to stumble across such excellent service

Patricia was amazing today with myself and my wife shopping with our two boys, the got given some bits pencils and colouring in to complete while we shopped, she recommend clothes we didn’t expect to try on and spent much more than we thought we would 🤣

Brilliant dress
I ordered my dress and it came with in a few days. Lovely soft material easy to wear pull on dress.simone dresses are always easy to wear.pretty patterns. And I happen to like brown in summer and winter. I had the longer length as I don't want it short with sitting in my wheelchair. Will definitely be buying more stuff.thankyou.
