Impressed with the service
Impressed with the service, had to return an online order as the size was wrong, turn around & refund very efficient. Ordered new size arrived earlier than expected, very pleased with the whole experience.

For two days I have tried to collect my order from the Basingstoke branch and each time the shutters have been closed and and note Sellotape to to the door saying there's a problem with the shutter we'll be back shortly. I think this is appalling.
