Parcel didn’t come when supposed too
Parcel didn’t come when supposed too. Wasn’t given notice until after I had been to the shop to collect it. Came 3 days later.

Exceptional first class staff
I shop normally on line and use your collection service using your Beverley store. The staff there are so nice it’s a pleasure to go there. First class shop with first class staff; it always great to drop in for a browse too x

Easy to order online
Easy to order online, lovely styles and quality clothing. The fabric is always high quality. The sizing is dependable (not the case in other shops!) and instore the staff are always friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. You set the industry standard in terms of customer care.

Made to feel like a thief!
I bought a t-shirt for my son in the Beverley store on Monday 11th August 2025. As I waited to pay the lady at the till asked me if a sweatshirt I had been wearing but was now carrying as it was becoming increasingly warm was actually mine. I explained it was and showed her the wear marks, etc. I was made to feel like I might be a thief! I paid for my t-shirt and left feeling deeply offended. There were other customers in the store at the time and all this was said in quite loud tones.

I absolutely love fat face clothing
I absolutely love fat face clothing, great designs and functional for everyday wear. My local fat face is the Beverley store in East Yorkshire and the staff are so lovely and friendly. I'm always made to feel welcome and the customer service is 5 star.

Far too much delivery price
I bought a Snoopy bag from Fatface, which I thought was cute. However, I was surprised to find that I'd be paying £4.95 for delivery. As I don't drive (various health issues), it's meant that I'd be paying nearly £20 for a tote bag, which I thought was a bit much, (I got 10% off for my first order, but still).
Saying that, I love my Snoopy bag & it's reversible too!

Caring staff
Received quite quickly but could of been earlier as received the notification the parcel was ready to collect at 6.40pm when the shop was shut.. the manager said the delivery was v late in the previous day & staff stopped late to sort when I questioned the timing of the text.. staff were polite & asked if I wanted to try on..

Sweaters arrived quickly, and they were lovely.
