Delivered to shop on date expected even though initially they hadn’t thought it had come in and then have to wait another 5 days. Caused a little confusion. 2 E-mail updates same date. Seems good quality. Easy to order and collect. Regular updates.

Great service
Unfortunately a couple of items I received in my last order weren't suitable. I returned them to my nearest FatFace shop and was refunded almost immediately. The staff are always pleasant and the clothing is excellent quality and always on trend.
