I returned faulty goods to my local…
I returned faulty goods to my local store, Beverley. They gave me a gift voucher to buy again online. Super people and great service here. I then had a problem with my online order and needed to use the chat line. Ryan was very patient and sorted the problem, then put through my order for me. Great service and a super Beverley store and staff, too.

This was my first online purchase from yourselves, everything went very well. Prompt service, royal were on time absolutely no problems.
My skirt was beautiful, everything that a previous buyer had said about it , so helpful having the review system.
My dress I had to return, a thing I hate doing but you made it so easy, I filled the return note and by 11:00 am it was back at the post office , just 2 hours after delivery. It was the most beautiful dress but I was too slim to wear it . Thank you Fat face , I love your products .

Was pleased to find the perfect top
Was pleased to find the perfect top on line in the size and colour that I wanted for a Gift. The parcel was delivered to my Daughter in good time and tracking texts kept me informed.
The product met my Daughters expectations of size and quality.
I prefer to go to a shop normally to look at products but was unable to travel to the next town to access Fat Face so had to order on line, and experienced an excellent service. Thank You.

I went to my local store to try this on but this jumpsuit wasn't available which was frustrating, so I ordered it online. It arrived quickly and I like it. A good fit, nice fabric, good shape, not too bad a price and I know I will wear it this summer.

I love FatFace
I love FatFace - their designs and colours. The staff in my local branch are also really lovely and offer excellent customer service.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars was: I had to send a dress back recently because the sewing around the neck was not the same on both sides, it was poorly done so it didn't match and looked odd when worn. Such a shame as the rest of the dress was beautiful.

Great Customer Service
I was very surprised and pleased with Fatface customer service at the Beverley store ( East Yorkshire) I had had serious family issues which delayed my return of some shoes which were too small. I was shown a lot of kindness and understanding about my situation which was amazing !! It really improved my day !! I will not hesitate to go back to them again to shop !!!
