Really Helpful
Went into the Bridgnorth branch of FatFace to collect the blouse I had ordered. Somehow or other a mixup had happened, and identical items had been paid for and sent. (Probably my fault). Although it was a busy lunchtime in the shop, the 2 lovely ladies at the service desk could not have been more helpful in sorting the problem out for me, and arranging a refund. I’m looking forward to wearing my blouse next week to a celebration afternoon tea.

Comfortable striking dress
The amba geo dress is made from a thicker Jersey and is therefore warmer on cooler days. I'm 5.4 and it is just below the knee in length. The geometric pattern with tiny navy edging around the neck really set it off. It comes up quite big so bought a 10 instead of usual 12. The neckline is low with a button and loop fastener. I put on a preststud fastener higher up and am now comfortable with the neckline.
The store in bridgenorth were particularly helpful.

One4all cards can't be used online
One4all cards can't be used online, instore only. It is not possible to order instore. You have to take what's instock. What are the chances of the store having 5 items I wanted in the right size. This seemed beyond customer services comprehension.

Positive experience
Always a pleasure to shop at FatFace, either online or in store. Lovely products, ethically sourced. A bit more expensive than other retailers but generally good quality. Staff at Bridgnorth store very helpful, great customer service.
