Very helpful assistant, and knowledgeable. Returned an item of clothing which didn’t suit me so returned it. Email for a full refund was in my email inbox before I even got home. Definitely 5 stars.

Thank you for a great shopping experience. Fat face staff are always pleasant & helpful. I was buying some new jeans & the assistant gave me good honest advice. They went out of their way to find my size.

Picked up some great pieces for my son in the sale. Wasn’t sure about sizing so ordered a range clothes in different sizes. Ordering, delivery and return of the items that didn’t fit all went very smoothly.
