Avoid using click and collect
Ordered on a Friday to collect from store “by Sunday 3pm”. Went the following Tuesday to collect, after having had a text to say it was there.
They said it wasn’t there, and there were lots of people getting texts even when the parcel hadn’t arrived. I will not be using click and collect again!

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. My wife returned with garment to ask for a paper receipt which they had failed to provide and they refused. Worse, the man behind the counter was hostile, deeply unpleasant and accusatory, suggesting I was somehow trying to cheat the company! The worst example of customer service I've ever experienced and am taking this up with Head Office.

Not enough stock so forced to buy items online & go to shop to collect because of FF's delivery charges. More items should be in the sale too, I'm a returning customer who is not that impressed tbh

Great service at Cambridge Fatface
Charlie and his colleague at the Cambridge store were helpful, attentive and helpful in giving me great customer service today. Charlie was so positive about his role and how much he enjoys working at Fatface it was a real endorsement of the company. First time ordering online, rather see jeans first
Due to very limited store space locally FatFace only seem to stock jeans in very dark blue in my size (hint we don’t all want dark blue!) I ordered a pair online. There was a two day delay to be able to collect, partially because an email timed at 10:34 didn’t arrive until after my lunch.
Jeans are slightly darker than I expected, but acceptable. However minor gripe they appear to be slightly longer than my previous pair, leading to discovering my choice of footwear had led to wearing a hole in hems on my first wearing. However I’m not one who likes immaculate jeans, so a bit of character to them immediately!
