The shop did not have the size I wanted…
The shop did not have the size I wanted in stock so the assistant suggested I order it on line and come back to shop to collect it . I was told my purchase would arrive within 2 to 5 days.I am pleased to say it arrived 2 days later . I am totally satisfied with my purchase .

V helpful store assistant. Originally bought patterned dress but felt colour didn’t suit me - returned it and changed dress for green one. No problem in doing so and a much better colour for me.

Fat Face Lover…
I’ve been a lover of Fat Face for many years. I love the relaxed styling of their clothes which you can dress up or down depending on your mood. I mainly order online, and occasionally instore when passing. I love the layout styling of the stores, and the staff are always lovely and helpful. The quality of the material is always great. I’ve had some pieces for years and they still look good! Ordering and returns, if necessary, are super easy to do.

Loving my new fleece …
Hi it was very easy to order and came into store very quick for me to collect. I love the length for a fleece will be great in the autumn and spring even in the summer on a chilly evening when on a dog walk. Overall 11 out of 10

Good quality and value
Easy to order on line. Picked up in store and the staff were friendly and helpful. Tshirt is of good quality, fits true to size and is as seen on photos. Specially good value as I bought it in the sales
