The staff in this branch are lovely and always happy to help me out. Misha has helped me a number of times and picked a great outfit for me to wear to my daughter’s graduation. I was in the last weekend and Rachel was very kind and helpful, she was happy to get me more items from their stockroom and even ordered a top they didn’t have in for me. Always great service!

Sale returns are not fully refunded to purchase card
Easy purchasing online with fast shipping. My only gripe is that a return-to-store of anything in the sale gets refunded to a Gift card, rather than to the purchasing card. I wasn't aware of that when I ordered. At the end of the day it's not a huge problem, I will unquestionably buy a dress from them again, but it was a hassle I wasn't expecting. The staff in-store were friendly and apologetic.

All purchases returned to us (within 30 days for full price items or 15 days for Sale items), are returned to the original payment method.

I love the selection of clothes on offer and the range of sizes always seems to be available to purchase. Prices seem very reasonable for the quality of the materials. Sales assistant was excellent and personable!!

Friendly, helpful, professional and super efficient staff in Dundrum
I went into the store in Dundrum. I am petite so find sizing hard to get in any shop. The staff in Dundrum went above and beyond to get me sorted with the right sizes for a number of different outfits. They didn’t have a hoodie I was looking for in my size but ordered it for me to be delivered to my house.
