Would give you 5stars from ordering to receiving and also for posting back. It was just a shame the dress I ordered was a 16 short and it came in a 16 short package but was actually a 16 regular on the label. That was the reason for it being sent back..

I've only recently really discovered…
I've only recently really discovered Fat face. I've always considered them too expensive, but have them a go in the sales. Great items and a good fit for me. The availability of tall sizes is a winner. will still haunt the sales and full RRP is just more than I can justify.

Excellent customer service.
Had to do a couple of transactions in fat face, in their store in Edinburgh George St. The way that the Young store assistant handled our transaction was exemplary. I cannot praise her highly enough and it would encourage me to use fatface a lot more. She was pleasant, charming and the transaction was a slightly difficult one she went above and beyond to complete it.

The postcard print dress was lovely-…
The postcard print dress was lovely- ordered Size 10 petite. I have kept it despite being a little tight in the waist area. For an hourglass figure I think!! A little wider in the waist and a little tighter in the chest would have been perfect. The staff in the Edinburgh branch are so helpful and deserve a mention.
